Unfortunately, there is no support at all. I've tried to reach out the author with contact form and comments section without any luck. After a week of waiting there is only silence out there.

Hello, i bought this version of the theme insted of the wordpress version. If i can get a refund i want ro buy the WP version. Is it possible?

Dear Paul, I have just bought your Bauhaus theme and not able to install in my wordpress website due to the following error: ” The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” the style.css file is actually there, in both themes. Im uploading to install the whole .zip file as I believe nothing else inside would cause trouble, and I also have tried removing “documentation folder” but still the same thing. The zip file I received is 28.1MB and have done a search on internet to see if I could fix it, but no chance to install. Some people say the installable zip file is deep inside the structure of folders, and what I received is basically 3 folders: PSD_Files HTML Documentation Inside HTMl folder there are other two folders: light and dark and its files for each theme. I could not find an “installable” zip file inside the pack I have received. Would appreciate if you could clarify on how to solve this issue. Regards, Guilherme Monteiro

Hi, When scrolling through my website the page stutters, this applies to all pages. After a few refreshes, it does not happen but it definitely happens the first time I enter to website. I deactivated a few plugins and it’s better now but I still have the same problem. When I use the scroll bar of the page which is located on the right, that scroll problem does not happen. But it happens once I use mouses’ scroll wheel

Hi paul_tf, we bought your very nice theme. But I have problem with template. Missing modal, missing class which launch modal …etc. How it is possible? I need real copy of this demo page without images … (of couse). What is wrong? Thx for reply.

Hi Paul, we are using the ‘full page’ version of the Bauhaus template and were wondering if we could remove the piling movement. We would like to be able to simply scroll up/down the page without the pilling effect. On desktop browsers the piling animation works well but on mobile it does not respond as expected. Thanks.
