I have to admit that when I purchased this theme, I was so excited. I installed it and set it up on my own, but ran into a little issue. I opened a support ticket and it took days before anyone ever responded. Finally, the issue was resolved.10 days I ago I submitted another support ticket for a new issue. Someone responded to my ticket the next day, but they had additional questions. I replied immediately with login credentials so that they could take a look at my site. I waited with no response. On the 8th day, I sent a follow up to find out why I had not received any responses. I still did not receive a response. It is now day 10 and still nothing...I am so disappointed and really want a refund. My support ends in one month, but it could take another month before anyone ever contacts me back. :(

Hi! I love your design, but I’ve seen that the Boxed Default demo is not responsive: on my mobile phone I can see only a slice of the photo on the homepage and the font is too small. I bought and installed the template and have 2 questions. 1- My site does not display properly from mobile phone, this template does not support mobile view? 2- The Education and Experience parts are limited to 4 entries only. If I create new entry then it overrides the first entry and only 4 gets to display on the page. How do I fix this? How do I enter more then 4 entries into Education and Experience fields? Thanks.

I really love the design of this theme. I wish, however, that it was built like other "drag and drop" themes. But its still a beautiful theme.I highly encourage anyone using this theme to immediately create a child theme to edit instead of the actual theme. Trying to update the theme setting erased my entire page, and I freaked out until my hosting provider rolled my site back.

Every awnser they responde "No its not possible". This theme aint finished and full feature requests do not get attention. I have hardcoded things myself for it to be fully functional

Hello, I have a problem with install demo content. when I click on install one of the demo content template its open “We are currently installing your content., Directory Cleanup” and it’s like this all the time … nothing changes. I waited two hours. I have been trying for 4 days and still the same. Any advice?

Starting with installation issues (variable problems on fresh WP install), the main feature (front page with name) doesn't scale, other parts are limited. Not happy. At least for us (miles will vary) a waste of money, sorry.

Is there a way to create your own pages that respond to the theme? I would like to remove the demo links and pages to create my own that falls into the theme menu and box. How can I do this?
