Hey Mikado Team, we are very like yours Wnderers theme, but now we have some issue with Search-Box, where we insert “Where tO?” “Search Tour” “Month” , when we submit for search we are redirecting to the 404 page. Any solutions? Will be appreciated for any help.

It's is my humble request to not buy this theme at all. I repeat do not buy this theme at all . the theme is full of bugs and the support is pathetic. They will take a years to solve your problem and at the end they will say your support is expired. Please don't buy this theme at all. Look for other alternative or you wil gonnna loose your money and time.

Love your theme! Just having some problems with the one-click demo installation.
I am having an issue with my menu on mobile devices. When I click the arrow to show the sub-menu’s sometimes it won’t scroll down to show the rest of the menu links. I have to refresh the page. Is there anyway to make the sub-menus on mobile take up the page instead of forcing us to use our finger to show the rest of the menu?
Also, I can’t get the Instagram Feed plugin that was included in the theme to work either. It connects to Instagram, just won’t show the feed. Any ideas?

Mikado is a nicely written theme.. Overall, I'm pleased with its code.Yet, Customer Support is a complete disaster. I posted two questions to them. In both times, there're multiple screw-ups in how their support works: 1. People who support you rotate (why???!) so while I'm debugging something with one, the other picks up and now needs to be reintroduced to the discussion, then the 3rd person, then back to the 1st, then someone else. In the end, I feel like I'm talking to 5 people at once and they're talking between themselves. Lets just say nothing gets done 2. Some support folks (Sasha S) tend to always come off as if the customer is always wrong. i.e. typical "you're holding it wrong" response (reference to Steve Jobs). I send 5 screenshots in one message (he says, no, I dont see it); then I sent another screenshots (again, "please clear your cache"). And I wait for another 7 days before another "did you restart your laptop?" type of a response. 3. There's a general laziness in trying to debug the issues, just read their ticket system, there're a lot of deflections. 4. Documentation.. very very poor. So they're shooting themselves in the foot, responding to the same questions over and over again, instead of writing better docsSorry Mikado, but your customer support was the biggest waste of time and nothing short of frustrating. One ticket was open for 21 days; the other, after getting tired to communicate the issue to several multiple people, I fixed their code myself.There're plenty of good WP themes, why pick one (and pay money for?!) that you'll be frustrated with forever.max

I have worked with various themes and this template has a very good design and I was able to customize it to fit our tour business. There were a few issues that the support team quickly addressed and I was told that they will be corrected in the next update.

This is an amazing theme. Not only is it beautifully it is intuitive and easy to customise. I'm definitely a beginner and I could follow the documentation and tailor the site to my needs. Support is terrific - fast and helpful. There are a couple of things I couldn't work out and support replied quickly and with straightforward instructions/notes. I've worked with a lot of themes and this is one of the best I have worked with - I highly recommend. Thank you!

There is nothing wrong with the site but when the built-in support is used and nothing happens then the rating goes down. I created a support ticket on 2018/12/02 and have heard nothing. Here is the support ticket: 3129.For us webmasters the support is vital for obvious reasons. All depending on the clients. We need to deliver and sometimes fast in order to get paid for our work. I leave it with that and hope you will now attend my support ticket. /Mike
