The theme says it was updated in September but the version number seems unchanged. Was the theme actually updated?

The theme is top notch! But more importantly, their customer service has been probably the very best ive ever had on the themeforest site. I recommend 1000%!!!

Ive been trying to setup woocommerce for the website but i keept getting this error at checkout. Invalid value for elements.create(‘payment’): business.name should be a string. You specified: null. Can someone please help me?

Greetings, I have purchased Haar. I believe WPBakery Page Builder was bundled with the theme. WPBakery is not able to update. I want an immediate update of the plugin that seems to be required for me to edit. I shouldn’t have to renew support to receive something I have already paid for. WPBakery says: “There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. Version 6.7. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required.” Then I read: “Got WPBakery Page Builder in a theme? If you got WPB in a theme, that means that theme author has a license and only he/she can download latest versions of WPB and include it in the theme. ” The Haar theme was $79. To purchase my own WPBakery license is $56. To renew my support I have to pay more: $58.63. I don’t think I should have to pay for support to get access to something that I thought was included in my original purchase. Can you please provide the latest version so I can edit my theme please?

Bugs & not so good support. Also some elements are not responsive and the theme is not very customisable.

Hello I purchased the theme and I set up the landing page as my homepage but now the landing animation won’t let the user scroll down. The animation only works when I change the template to coming soon page and when I do that the navigation bar disappears. Please help

hello, i would need support but registering my theme on your help support website is not possible. whenever i put in everything (purchase code etc) and hit “submit” it says something like “theme is not activated yet” and does not save anything. not sure what I am doing wrong. the theme is activated in my wordpress (the page is under construction for outside viewers though)

WP Bakery is now pretty old on this HAAR system. I am afraid to update to the latest WP version 5.8.1—how do I update WP BAKERY?? I dont want my site to become deprecated – I love it, and have worked very hard at it to make it exactly what I need it to be. Please help , thank you.

Other, because my rating applies to everything. Highly recommend this product and publisher/creator - been very helpful throughout, offered continuous support, understanding and patient, plus I personally love the theme. Worth every penny in my opinion, happy to provide feedback as a result.

So far I love the theme. There is a huge amount of content to choose from, and the customer support has been great so far. I'm still working on finishing my site, but very pleased with how they've been responsive to my questions, even signing into my site and changing some custom code for me. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Hi there! I’ve seen in the comments that this has been brought before: In mobile devices, the titles overlap content and are not responsive. I saw a comment that this would be fixed 3 years ago, but in latest version 1.5, the issue is still there. I know my support is expired (I bought the theme one year ago but because of the pandemic I have not been able to work on the site I needed the theme for until now), but I’d appreciate if at least you can tell me the classes to edit in the CSS file, as the theme was released with this issue that was never fixed. I hope you can help. This theme is a dream come true and it would be a shame to have the site with this big responsive issue. Thank you!!!
