We have been trying to contact Support for basic assistance but their "support platform" is broken and would not create a ticket. Its literally the only way to communicate with the Developer. No phone #, no emails, no Chat support. We will try again but if we cant get a hold of Support, we will be requesting a refund

Although at one point in time support fixed a few issues in the beginning I couldn't continue using the template for the amounts of errors, misspelled words, and the rendering on mobile was not condensed. I wanted something that I didn't have to spend hours trying to code and fix myself. It's such a shame because the themes look so beautiful. I had to purchase another template from another author.

Shopify is supposed to be user friendly, so a shopify theme should be as well. However, the Logancee theme has a sloppy design when it comes to customization. I am very disappointed with my purchase. For as long as this theme has been around, the back end shouldn't be as sloppy as it is

There were a few problems with the theme but the customer support has been fantastic, the author helped every step of the way whenever/wherever possible.

Really unhappy about this template as there is missing code. 70% of the mobile versions of the layouts don't work....verified by Shopify. Desktop and mobile are completely different e.g
missing text, missing shop now buttons, currency converter does not work, some of the text and boxes shift to one side of the screen making the site look unprofessional. I have been back and forth for several months trying to fix issues with no luck and lost customers as a result!I would like a full refund.

I installed this theme to a customer about a month ago, the customers are very happy. We had some trouble with some features such as the cookies warning, but the support service was very good and helped us with all the minor issues we encountered.

I am very happy with this purchase, as it is a very good theme with lots of options and easy to set-up and customize. Their support is also very fast and knowledgable, which makes life easier.
