I needed to be able to edit a page with the URL ”/portfolio” and it kept defaulting to the archive page which is un-editable. I found a solution online which involves changing a parameter of a custom post type, but I couldn’t find that parameter in the Theme files, and I was worried I’d break the site if I just put the code in anyhow.
It’s annoying because I have never seen that happen before and I really need to have a ”/portfolio” page. I kept asking for support and they were not understanding and stopped responding. I am going to buy a different theme and they refused to give a refund which was icing on the cake.
