I got pretty disappointed after my purchase. The theme seems to offer great customization with different homepages, collection pages and product pages. But is actually doesn't!The seller tries to offer his custom modifying service at additional costs so you can not customize it to a high degree without coding by yourself. In my opinion it's false advertising. But at least it's pretty easy to midify the code and the CSS is well structured.But I stumbled accross many CSS issues and stupid code solutions. Irregular distance patterns or an real example: The list of collections doesn't resize the collection image and delivers it in full size, what wouldn't even be 1 line of code to fix this but this way the visitor has to load 12 unnecessary greatly oversized images. Or bugs with image sizes on prducts, you better use all images in the same ratio or it will break the image slider. In Chrome there is an mobile css bug and you need to adjust the overflow of the html.The documentation isn't detailed at all and just explains completely obvious things.Overall I would call this product "sloppy" and would not recommend it to a non coder, if your looking for customizable theme.The only reason for 3 and not 2 stars is because I think the general layout it pretty beautifull.

Every time I tried to use this theme it has a glitch or bug in the code where some of the products load with a Blank page ! I always have to switch to another theme !

Hi vela theme. i bought this theme and downloaded the zip file. but when i try to upload on shopify it gives me the – zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid” . Please help and fix this.

Hi Manor, regarding colour swatches as in one type of my shoes i sell has different colors eg red blue green. As when online it will show the colour section with colour swatches options to select said colours available. Do you have a list of what colours your theme supports to show these actual colours in the boxes because i know if i put a unknown colour name like vortex it will just show up as white. Also what happens when i put in dark green/ light green ? it will still show one colour green ? A list of what colours we can use for the swatches will be helpful thanks! hope to hear from you soon

hi i have purchased your theme but im facing 1 problem. In your master for shipping and sizes for all products is the same. We have different products and some are on print on demand so the shipping and size charts needs to be different under each category head. Currently we are not being able to do that. Its only available for the details page. please help or guide.

these themes are horrible and the support is the worst. The documentation says "being updating" for the past 2 months. There are so many bugs I basically had to custom code almost the entire thing. DO NOT BUY

Beautiful theme and very pleasure to work with them. The service and response has been amazing. They always give a quick response when i met issues.

Photo Gallery is buggy. Can't fix it according to support. Almost all important parts that you need in a website needs custom coding. Can't even change the banner for each product. It's just general. Worst part is both men & women categories have the same banner and cannot be changed.

My favorite theme, it got the clean and minimalism style. It also got great features and is very easy to customize within Shopify. The support is absolutely the best I ever had. You got a question? They will answer you within a few hours, and sometimes minutes. Overall Velatheme deserves more than 5 stars!

there’s an issue on the /account page Order History section. The links to past orders are all erroring out as 502 Bad Gateway. How to fix this?
