Pre purchase question. Is it possible to add a book inspection section to the theme? If it isn’t possible, how much will it cost me for a customization job?

I had purchased the Eiddo theme a few days ago and firstly it was not getting installed, I don’t know why. Later on, the support team provided me with another file that get installed but I have to pay for the visual page builder plugin, it should come with the theme as it was in their plugins list but to activate it I have to pay $69, I had purchased themes before and the page builder plugin does come with them for free, not that we have to pay extra additional charges for them. If that was the case then things should have been addressed before. How can someone use a theme without the page builder? Hello I installed the Polylang plugin, pages and posts got the options to be translated but I don’t see the same option for Select Properties. How properties can be translated ? Would be very much thankful for the prompt reply

I never write negative feedback, but this is the worst experience I ever had. I opened a ticket two weeks ago (TWO WEEKS!), and after all this time the issue has not been fixed yet! The replies was absolutely not focused, and randomized. I do not recommend this theme.

Why is that when I inserted a IDX Code in the frontpage. The will will appear on the main domain as extension. For example I have this domain realgratitude.org (without the IDX Code) but when I insert a IDX Code the result will be https://realgratitude.org/?perRow=auto&limit=12&order=listingdate%7Cdesc&propertyTypes=1%7C2&layout=card&page=1&countyFilter=1&limited=true ???? Why is that so?

Hello, My support I think has been expired. But I have got a small issue trying to find within admin panel “request a showing” button settings. I forgot to ask it after I have just purchased the theme. The thing is that it works well on my previously added properties but now is missing on new one. Therefore, I’m wondering if I forget to check some settings, or it’s something else. Hope you can give me an advice, where I should look for the settings

I worked on this theme for many hours to get it to a point where I could test it. I was unable to complete a listing on the frontend of the theme on my ipad or iPhone due to the touchscreen ability not working on all of it. I have reached out for them to fix the problem and they have promised to fix it. It's been over 2 months and nothing has been fixed. The entire program is unusable because of this. Many or most users will use their ipad or iPhone to enter the information for their listing. If this is unusable, so is the entire program. I have wasted hours of time and also money I spent on this. I would not recommend anyone purchase this as it will be a waste of your time and money.

First time i've ever left a negative review for a theme. Property gallery not working properly. I submitted a support ticket and indicated it was a matter of urgency over 2 days ago! Still no response or even an acknowledgement that my ticket was received. Awful experience so far. Hope they can fix this bug once they finally respond

Hi there! Last update is from 2020, and it says “There recently updated” But the issue of “not being able to filter by Property type” Is an issue known from ten months ago. So that means my website is not going to work properly until de “to-do’s” Are done. I have the website ready online but being unnable to sort that out I feel totaly abandoned.

I have installed the theme and there are various issues with the Javascript used within the theme. I have submitted a support ticket but no response yet. If you can please get back to me urgently on my ticket so you can fix the issue, I will look to change my rating, but at the moment the theme is not functioning!
