This is the best customer support I have ever received. Responses are usually within an hour and the detail in the answers is clear and easy to understand. The theme has taken me about a month to install correctly (learning curve) but it was worth it. I do hope this company creates more themes/scripts as i would love to build more.

Very very slow, After the theme required plugins are installed, It becomes unsable. I have Bluehost pro hosting with CDN cloud flare. I upgraded my hosting package still not worth it. You can’t depend on cache because if your forum is busy or receiving messages, they never arrive because cache time is (5mins asset refresh are just images) (6hrs too long to receive message) I can ask for support, but to what end? you have to install more plugins to optimize css and Java scripts. Installing more plugins also slows it down. For some reason when the theme is active the server becomes stressed like ddos attack. Change the team server becomes super fast like what I paid bluehost for.

Hello. I want to allow each user to create a list of links, can we create a layout with this theme that allows instead of links to show buttons (that when pressed they open the links?)

I have tried all different kinda themes and spent 100's of dollars in buying them...but you guys are totally awesome! i found everything i was looking for in just quarter of the price!!! I should have chosen Gwangi first :)

I am unable to change the footer font color. Once I do, it reverts back and takes the main body font color. What could be causing that?

They should have one-click demo import for the price of the theme. I took off one-star because of the difficulty with setup. The theme requires you to go through documentation to retrieve required grimlock plugins and the pages are not included. The homepage is built with wordpress widgets and hopefully in the future they switch to a page builder.

I really liked the design, fits well in my web site, i have around 6000 users and now i think my web site can grow even more!! Also Support is really good, they fixed all the issues i had!

A premium theme that is worth much more than its price ! Easily customizable, very complete, and all of this with an excellent quality code and a perfect support. What could be better ?

Activating grimlock dark mode plugin causes the website to show a critical error. How can that be solved?

I would like to purchase this theme for my website, but we use BuddyBoss. After some research, it looks like there would need to be some changes to a few files in order for a buddypress theme to function properly with BuddyBoss. Are there any plans to integrate BuddyBoss in this theme or do you offer custom services to make these changes?

I noticed that after updating to Buddypress 10.0.0 there will be no media displayed in my groups anymore. The link also vanshed completely in the submenu of every single group. When downgrading to Buddypress 9.1.1 it workes again. But I need to update to the latest version of Buddypress and I need my media in my groups. Does this issue come from Gwangi or from rtMedia?

If you are a newbie I won't suggest this. Because you have to be a WP pro to handle the issues you are facing. There are other developers they ask you the admin panel and solve the issues for you. This group does not do that). Documentation: 4 star (well documented. But if their auto-installer is not working properly you will face issues)
