Hello I want to ask, I have a problem, I’m using the wp engine, and I installed the eventastic theme, but when I want to import the theme demo, this can’t be done in production, it can only be done in staging. I created a staging server and made a production duplicate into it, but when I wanted to import the demo theme an error appeared. I’ve asked the wpengine, this they can’t solve and they provide information for you. “wpengine does not support Legacy Staging any longer and that while in legacy staging there is the error that you see with the .htaccess”. Error on upgrading PHP version: Error Details An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 333 of the file /nas/content/live/pollockcenter/wp-content/themes/eventastic/woocommerce/config.php. Error message: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. Use either `(a ? b : c) ? d : e` or `a ? b : (c ? d : e)` I will fix the theme for the client if no update will be provided, just wanted to check if one was in the works so I do not waste time. I requested the support for an urgent reason and I did not have a return.We had to look for another alternative that did not depend on the theme.

Quite some problems. Performer, offers, endDate and description are missing for Google, also "Location" is missing, if you coose to not use the bad standard design. (NOT the way they show it on the preview website.Support is not helpful at all, especially as a bad revision was credited with "we do not give you Support anymore unless you remove your bad review"... So you pay for things you do not get in the end, even if you accept that they blackmail you and delete your bad review. Be careful what you buy here. Support wont be one of it.Their "get a refund" does not really help as there are no alternatives and they come with that after you investet quite some time and money on their theme setup. Update: Planning new posts does not even work at all and new features are sold seperately.

Hello, want to create a website for amateur sports games, with multiple events organizers that can create events on the frontend, players should easily attend (even without creating an account), no online payments in most cases. With limited seats for different ticket types (players/goalies). Waiting list if all the tickets are taken. Participants list at the event page (with tickets types) – does the theme supports all the features? Do I have to manage the event participation through Woocommerce even if it is paid offline? Or can it be disabled so the plugin manages all the registration? I understand your Event Plus plugin does that. Or buying the theme covers them both and allows also registration without selling? Quick registration is crucial because players probably would not like not to make the add to cart and the long checkout process. Thanks

Design gets 5 stars. Coding errors were solved within reasonable time after reporting. Need to improve a lot in updates and adding features though. Still not compatible with Gutenberg. The front end submissions should have been integral (not a separate purchase, at least to those who bought before it was announced as a separate plugin)

​Hello, I got this theme as a gift from themeforest. In development, no problem, it’s a great theme. But, online, when a user comes from Google, a lot of ads show up. If I enter the URL directly, no problem. Is it because I didn’t buy it and only downloaded it as a gift? I disabled all plugins, the problem remains. I switched from EventsPlus to Eventastic and I am very pleased. Although I'm still learning features and questioning some functionality with the integrated woo commerce I give this theme 5 STARS. The support from the development team has been amazing and they have guided me through some function issues that I was having simply because I am not a web designer. Even though I have no web design experience I have been able to navigate this system and set my events up beautifully. The layouts are gorgeous and easy to change. I really like the ability to customize my pages. Great job guys!

I can understand an author knowing a product they develop better than a customer but I had several requests about the theme that this owner basic response was "ask for a refund then" when I vented frustration. Not cool.I have to say that all in all, this is a great theme although there are issues that need to be overcome but the author was helpful and I can say that overall, it was a good purchase.I have purchased many items on this site and this is one of the better authors.Will a purchase be 100% exactly what you need each time? Not likely, but how the author reacts and supports their product/products, is how they are perceived. I realized personally that if I was patient and concise, the questions were answered and help was provided.

Thanks for the update. Column settings set for equal height and gap do not crash the site now unless I uncheck the “Yes, please” option for full row width under row settings->General. Setting the equal height also does not seem t work, I still have different sizes even though the option is checked. I have a number of problems: 1) the first is that the product is on offer instead I paid 62 USD! 2) the second is that I have entered requests for support and no one has answered me for 5 days now: I need to look for a way to create events with the number of places without creating a product on woocommerce. Hi, I seem to have found a small bug in the theme. Editing a page with the visual editor I set a row to 4 columns. In the row settings under the column tab I enabled even row height and set the columns gap to 10px.
