Theme made the site VERY SLOW. Also, this theme is not fully compatible with woocommerce. Support is terrible takes weeks to get a two lines answer.

I have check your admin panel, when I import the demo it’s show max execution time error, to fix this issue you have to increase the max execution time from your hosting php.ini settings. In the documentation of PATRON we told, minimum max_execution_time should 300ms, to do it you have to login in your hosting admin panel or contact with your hosting provider. If you get error too then you should notice your hosting provider, because I have setup the theme in too many hosting it’s working well, And also the issue is not for WP_bakery we use the custom template in wp bakery, also we update wpbakery as well when we update the theme each time.

Hi Unicoder, I have two serious problems with this theme, you need to help otherwise I want a refund. Biggest problem! 1. I’ve had the theme for 3 months now and the WPbakery hasn’t worked properly from the start! When I edit a text box and update the page, I don’t see any change. So when I want to edit a text box in de backhand with WPbakery, I need always work in the text box because the visual box of the editor don’t accept any changes. You need to fix this. 2. My second problem is; I just update the theme to the latest version as described in the manual, but when I do that I lose a lot of text on many page’s.

Hi Unicoder, Hope you going great, Its been more than 2 months since i purchased this theme (Patron) from themeforest.net, I think I have wasted my money by purchasing this theme from you. I haven’t received any valuable support from your end in the last 2 months despite of sharing all the login credentials with you. You were not able to resolve the issue that I was facing and not only this you stopped replying to the comments as well as the mails. You reacted like as if YOUR PRODUCT is sold and you got the money for it. Now there is no need to communicate with the buyer. I felt like I was sitting in a 5 star restaurant and the CHEF had served me a half cooked food and when the issue was raised with the CHEF that is was told the problem is my (CUSTOMER’S) eyes. I do not want to take up the issue any more as it is time consuming for me as well as for you. And I don’t think you will be able to provide resolution to the my issue.( You say that you update the THEME every month and its third party tools as well. But the WP-Bakery third party tool is 6-7 months old.) “You have version 6.0.5 installed. Update to 6.4.1” Therefore I would request you to refund the amount used to purchase the THEME (PATRON).

Hi, I have 2 questions: 1. When I want to edit services pages, there is only raw code. I cant edit it with WPbakery plugin. I have installed classic editor and the theme is updated to the last version. 2. I can’t update de WPbakery plugin, why is that?
