Hi, I purchased CrowdMerc theme, but in documentation didn’t find HTML files, how can I download HTML files?

everytime that I active the plugin WP-fundrising (core plugin of this theme, now no more available) i got a fatal error of server type 500
your support told me that the reason was the server where the web site was hosted, that looks very strange because from may to september i had no problem. so I decided to trust Xspeed and I switch to another server provider that you suggest me and.... I got again the same error. so now I spent 200$ only because you can't say "ok it's my fault"
