Hi, I am having a difficult issue with the “DesignThemes Core Features Plugin”. Yesterday my site was down and was giving HTTPS 500 error. Then I disable all plugins and tested each one by Activin. My website only going to http 500 error when I try to active the “DesignThemes Core Features Plugin”. The plugin version is 1.1. Please help me as soon as possible. It is very emergency situations right now because it is customer website and their customer not able to use the website since 4/1/2021 I will appreciate if you help me to fix the issue. After buying your Logistics Wordpress theme, i cannot edit and save pages with both Backend editor and WPBackery page builder. Also theme options isn’t saving after so many hours it keeps spinning.—-—-—-—-——- I have submitted an email to the support but i haven’t heard anything. I want to purchase this theme. I already have wpcargo plugin premium subsription and i prefer wpcargo tracking system. Can it be integrated into this theme i.e can wpcargo plugin work with this theme?

The design is beautiful and I so wanted to love this theme and use it for my client but it was a nightmare. 1. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH iPHONE! You have to comment-out code in the custom.js file to allow the site to load. $(window).smartresize(function(){ //location.reload(); logisticsMegaMenu(); }); Otherwise the site will not work on many apple mobile devices.2. The site is horribly slow. The images are not optimized at all according to numerous testing sites. My client site was taking 40 seconds to load. When I switched out the them with the WP twenty fifteen theme, it loaded in 3 seconds! Numerous other indicators provided by gtmetrix show that there are lots of bottlenecks with the site.3. Support simply suggested that I optimize my images. Well I did that and I did have some images that needed to be optimized. They also suggested that I fix the loading time with suggestions from an article recommending Autoptomize and Async Javascript plugins. Installing those together like the article recommended broke the Slider on the main page and it never recovered even after deactivating the plugins. That was the final straw.4. There is also a bug in the theme that will overwrite your header changes when you switch back and forth between different themes. So for example, when you switch to the WP twenty fifteen theme and then back, you have to reconfigure your header logo and layout. That was highly annoying and the nail in the coffin.Overall, I love this theme design layout but it has WAY too many bugs to be used. BEWARE!!
