Hi, why is so difficult to get something as simple as Instagram feed to work here? I followed all the directions and visited the trouble shooting pages and is still is not loading on the website although it works perfectly on smash balloons. The nasa instagram might be the issue.

I wish I could give 5 stars for a number of categories. After throwing away money on two other themes this is fantastic. The real value of a theme, however, is seen when you need help.I had something (small) that wasn't working. Could be my fault - not sure. Doesn't matter though - support was fantastic. I had multiple responses in one day. For anyone else dealing with theme support you'll know how important this is. I didn't have to wait days and days for multiple responses back and forth.Almost as important was their attitude. Oh how refreshing to get polite and friendly support. I was never made to feel like a problem. My issue was resolved - all with friendly and polite messages.I wish their documentation was a bit more padded out to help the true noobs like myself, but I feel secure knowing that if I need help - support will be there for me.There are a lot of features in this theme which are perfect for ecommerce stores and I have managed (without too much difficulty) to customise and make it my own.Well done. I only wish there were more developers like you on Themeforest - I have literally wasted hundreds of dollars on crappy themes and support on here. I would only buy themes from NasaTheme in the future.

Hi, i have a problem in the morder checkout. When is enable, on click in “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING”, nothing happen, But with i disable work classic checkout.

I didn't see the theme version before buying, the error was bought into Shopify. With the active help of the author, I got a satisfactory treatment. The theme is good. Now woocommrece has been installed and is being debugged.

The theme is fantastic. From the first time I saw it I loved it. I've customized several things with CSS to do it my way, and the ones I didn't know how to change I've asked the developers of the theme to help me, and they've done it in record time; the most complicated and that take the most time with -quite competitive- budgets, and the simple and quick ones for free. I'm very happy with both, the theme and the support team (always ready to help me with any doubt). The only thing that is missing (for me) is that the theme could be more optimized so that the loading time, both on mobile phones and computers, is faster. But the rest is PERFECT. Highly recommended!
