No support at all, I've been waiting for about two months and I have not received any response. Still three tickets pending and they just ignore me, don´t buy this or any other item from themextriver.

Customer support started out well. Responsive in a couple of days. Then all the sudden the support stopped. No response in well over a week and my site still has bugs/issues.In case anyone is looking at this theme to purchase. The overall design is nice but it is not customizable. All the elements are post types and the theme itself has some bugs.

Along with the theme being perfectly aligned to it's industry and making a great base for any industrial website, the customer support has been really great. Quick answers and helpful responses along with fast resolution to most problems.Can't fault the template nor the support. Great work!

When I migrated the theme from the subdomain to the main domain, the theme option stopped working. I know the support is expired but the only thing that I need is a functional “theme option”, please help me with this.

The theme options allow you to pick a custom header. However, this header does not appear on the build-in custom post types. I have waited almost 2 months to get help from their support, nothing yet.

I’m importing the theme. However, whichever Theme options I click on it doesn’t go where it should go. Wherever I click on the side options in the theme setting, it always beats to the top of the page. Please don’t say https://themexriver.ticksy.com/ go to this link because the support has expired. I don’t want to pay for this

Hi, in theme options we can’t view anything other than the general settings. Visual Composer doesn’t work too but when we disable the Theme Support Megacorp plugin Visual Composer works again, what is the problem?

Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

Hi there l can’t seem to be able to update anything on the theme even changing the logo is an issue, but if l disable some plugins some functions like the revolution slider start working, what is the problem with this theme l can’t do anything here

If you use the child theme the design is broken. I have contacted him and his solution is "Then don't use child theme", but for me it is necessary. I think it's a bad support.
