First it took 6 days to see that I uploaded the files so they could look at it. NOW they respond they will be on holiday for the next 7 days. This really is VERY inappropriate and unprofessional!

The website does not load on IE 11. It stays on the loading screen as shown on the attached email. Even with the sample template that you provided does not load on Internet Explorer 11. Compatibility shows that the template should work internet explorer 10 and 11.Also I submit the tickets 4 times but nobody response
