Customer support amongs many other things is what makes this a gold purchase worth more then its sold for.To be more specific, the hosting I used had outdated PHP which crashed WordPress, seller saved my ass on friday night by staying online to bring my old site back, then to update everything and upload this beautiful theme!They did way much more then they should....and for that I am very grateful. As a long-time user of The Retailer I really wanted to love this theme. In addition to many of the features of The Retailer that are not included in The Hanger, the performance is pretty horrific. I am sure a lot of work goes into the development of a theme, and the Blog and Product Layouts, and MegaMenu are great, but releasing The Hanger may have been before its time. Hopefully updates will come to integrate much of The Retailer features, but improving performance should be the highest priority. Keep up the great work, thanks! PS. I am continuing to use The Retailer until The Hanger is properly updated for performance.

Getbowtied promises that the theme is 100% WPML compatible, however the Mega Button and the generated menu's aren't WPML compatible. When presented with this bug, they promised to fix it within the week, which was within my timeline for product delivery.They aren't responding to any additional contact, so I can say the support is lackluster. It's been two weeks since their own deadline, and a week after I was supposed to deliver the product. I was forced to seek a secondary solution for this bug and had additional costs, so I would recommend you stay away from this theme unless you don't mind not being able to use it as advertised.

This theme is good for beginners, but when it comes to do some changes you need to face that you have no ability to change default settings. For ex. Sure - you have mega menu, but only for woocommerce categories links - you can't insert there any other links. Sure you can add SALE and NEW links in mega menu, but you can't specify custom URL for those links. I think this theme is good if you don't have any knowledge (or you don't care) about SEO or UX and you just want to easily crate shop. By the way - I created ticket in support more than 48 h ago and I'm still waiting. :< My disappointment brought me here

I already used The Retailer in HERBOLARIO BIO. With the intention of improving the shopping experience of my clients, I have decided to update my website with this fresh design and that offers a very good search filter.The attention of the whole company is good. I would recommend any product of it.

It's said that the theme is WPML compatible, however when it comes to mega button and mega menu - they don't work. Contacted customer support two times - no help at all. Now I realize my customer support has expired but I don't have mega button and mega menu fixed which is a real problem for me. Totally disappointed.

I decided not to use WPML or any other multilingual plugin. Single language is fine for my website. I tried to use Loco Translate to translate some of the strings but it doesn’t work. I wonder is there a way to translate so? Preferably manually.

Hi, I want to remove the button Add to Cart, and already disable the option “Remove Add to Cart Button” from section Shop > Catalog Mode. But the button still appears in the Products view grid. How to completely remove the add to cart button? Thank you

Review The hanger v1.0.0Came from Shopkeeper 2 which worked great - love the design and features of this theme but the performance is really bad as far as page load times.Disabled all non bundled plugins and running on a modern dedicated server, disappointing with the performance means we cannot use at the moment, hopefully this will improve with updates.

I too like many others envisaged this as a step up from the retailer and it is in some instances - the clean theme, the mega menu and the centralised product search but unfortunately it feels like a theme thats half complete. Many widgets found in the retailer are just not present, and the mega menu won't cascade to see all of your categories (it only looks at top level ones) which makes it useless in my implementation. Also the filter in categories when viewed on mobile could've been more effectively done. For this reason i'm a little disappointed with this theme - I had high hopes coming from the retailer but I think i'll be sticking with that theme until this one is more mature but even then I may never switch.
