If you are looking for an out of the box functionality and zero hassle installation for existing sites than this theme is not for you. This theme does not provide an installer or follow any of Drupal's coding standards. If you want all the functionality than you'll need to use a sample database provided by the seller and then remove the content or replace with your own. You'll also be doing a lot of copy and paste of code between content types.

Documentation is basically useless and installing the theme on an existing site is everything but straightforward.
Probably usable if you use a fresh installation with sample content and adapt.
