I think that some things could be better explained in documentation.But, the support quality is awesome. Nothing to say, just buy it and be safe. The support will help your perfectly if you got problems.

I've found a bug in the header of "Services" page. I contacted a technical support and they solved the problem without any unnecessary delay (and updated my WP theme). Perfect access and quick fix.

Support was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions. My issue with the accordion feature not working on mobile devices was quickly resolved.

Absolutly rubbish for the money. No real documentation, I am a beginner and this is certainly not easy to customise. I have ended up downloading from envato elements and found better themes and easier to use ones on there.

One last edit! I'm providing my entire review history at the bottom for anyone who's curious. I'm generally avoiding this author in the future, as their documentation is awful, their support is extremely rude, and the whole process was just painful when it was a simple misunderstanding.PS - the slider you see in the demo is not Slider Revolution, but a hard-coded slider widget in the theme. Their documentation does not provide any details (in fact, their only Slider Revolution documentation goes to a 404 Not Found page). Buyer beware!---My original review was "Advertises inclusion of several expected plugins; avoid this one"The author's super-professional response was this:"Why you are making false comment? You got all plugins with theme.Did you got those plugin or not? If you need to active plugin and got premium support from plugin’s author them you must need to purchase licence.We are always provided updated version of those plugins."From what I can tell the authors are providing inactivated versions of plugins, but advertising their fully-activated versions on their description page. In this exact instance, I was trying to use Slider Revolution (which the description page says will save you $26 - yay!), to my surprise, I was told I'd have to buy my own activation license (for... you guessed it... $26).The author is obviously extremely unprofessional and arguably breaking Envato rules. I've raised a complaint with Envato about this. Hopefully this explains to the author that I am not "making false comment" but am trying to keep other customers from making the same mistake purchasing from a deceitful author.

Not bad could be coded bit more user friendly for example rows disable feature is available on wpbakery however it doesn't work :/

Hi, I have an issue. After the latest update, the menu for Android/iOS is not showing up… I went to check live preview though, I couldn’t compare the source. The preview was different from the current one.

Does the template stop working when support/license expires? I can see that when you don’t have the license activated it actually disables so many functions of the theme.

How do you edit the portfolio gallery and the tabs? I don’t want it to have other animals listed.

Hi I downloaded the template update from the themeforest website and have uploaded it to the themes folder. I tried to go into Woof options but it is no longer showing. Instead it shows “About Woof”. I'm not new to web site design or WordPress. The documentation for this theme is very much lacking which is sad considering this is a nice theme for the money. They really need to work on that. Support did get back to me several times with several of my questions that were regarding minor things that they never explained (i.e. lack of documentation). So, for support, they are good but if you need a theme that explains step by step and in detail, this isn't it. Sad.
