Hi guys, lovely theme. I’d like to buy it. However, 2 questions : I don’t see the settings available in the theme which is not provided in the documentation section AND can we put other background than the green flowers on every main page of the demo ? Hello, when importing the demo. the next step is to generate the thumbnails + it shows retina in the theme doc. I dont have the retina in my media as an option. is this still valid? and how to i import the images, etc. thankyou

Hello, after copying files from the latest version of the theme. I got error on my site. It says – The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. As soon as I deactivate the theme, the error goes. What should I do?

I’m looking at a new WordPress template for my portfolio. I love this one, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to add/publish video in .mp4 or other formats in the gallery or on the home page?
The last WordPress template that I bought on Envato from another creator/author doesn’t update anymore. Since that time with my website, I have problems with it (this is why I am looking to purchase a new WordPress template). How long this WordPress template could it be updated? I mean, if I buy it now, how many years approximately could I expect that it will work without any problem?

After updating the theme and going through the wizzard, all my pages which included ptShortcuts are completely smashed. Instead of my arranged elements I just see:

I am having issues with importing the demo content, after extracting the zip file I click Demo Content Folder and it says “The folder “Demo Content” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.” Can you please provide support I purchased the theme today.
