Hello.
I purchased this theme and it is not displaying as advertised and I am unable to make changes to customize. I am receiving an error message that Widgets cannot be added to the homepage. It is also not allowing me to preview edits in real time with the BigCommerce page builder.
How can we resolve this issue?

I have just purchased and installed this theme to my bigcommerce store but I am unable to edit the widgets on my homepage. I am getting this warning:
Widgets cannot be added to this page because it does not contain regions. To add regions, please refer to widget documentation.
When I had set the store up originally using a free theme I didn’t have this issue so there must be something missing from this theme file. Could you please let me know how to navigate this issue. Thank you.

I just bought your Theme, it’s very beautiful.
But there are so many limitations and errors on Bigcommerce.
I tried to unistall / reinstall, but nothing change.
I can’t hide my disappointment, and would like to be refund.
Maybe you can suggest some differents themes from your library ?
