I think the team that put together Eplano was the quickest to resolve a couple of small issues for my site than any other developer I have worked with. Kudos to them!

There are numerous issues with this template from terrible support to the theme not being well thought out. First, when you download the theme, it is in 'developer mode' and you are instructed to contact support to turn it off. And you can't import the demo content easily. The required plugins for the theme weren't available when I was installing and lost a few days of working on this, waiting for support. They don't think of all of the possible options that the user will need, from changing the color of fonts for the menu, to the ability to manage the style of the menu that is offered in the pages, but nowhere else (speakers page, blog posts, etc), and if you use anything other than "default" for the menu style, you will be stuck with all of your pages looking one way, and your other pages, looking another. There's no way to fix it. This template compared to other templates is lacking in the ability to customize it without having to hire a programmer to fix these issues, because there is no support from the author. I'm abandoning this template and going with another author that has a good template to start, plus good customer service. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS NOT A GOOD TEMPLATE, COUPLED WITH BAD SUPPORT = a 1 star rating.
