I am still in love with this theme but after I've purchased it I have experienced lots of problems when customizing.
I am waiting for technical support but there are many things that don't work.
I would need a faster technical support and a live chat to discuss the several errors I've found.
What a pity, it's so cool! :-(

Quite buggy theme and slow support. We used theme for one small landing page and had lots of issues with content alignment, header, logo size.We filed 2 support tickets and both were answered after more than a week

Great theme. Very flexible. May be a bit difficult to get used to but the customer support has been great so far.

After several weeks of use, I can confirm that this template is excellent. The support team is really effective. It is reassuring to be able to build your own project on a clean and solid template, which is not always the case with other template providers. I call however for some internal improvements to complete the whole.

Took a bit longer to set up than I was expecting, but it's worth it. Reached out to support but I ended up figuring out what i needed by checking theme files and doing more research. It's a beautiful theme. Excited to start customizing.

I bought BeTheme for one of my other sites but am using Edge Themes, particularly Journo, and it's so much easier to customize! I'm super impressed by how much more simple the process is to update the actual theme elements and code. If all of their themes are as simple as this, including the quick and timeliness of getting a response back from their support team, then I'd prefer to only buy themes from Edge.I'm excited for when my site goes live! Good stuff.Thank you.
