Hi, I need to say that I am not happy with the support you offer. I have had several problems with RTL. For my latest problem I have been waiting too much time for help. The website has been sent live weeks ago and the problem is not solve.
I sent one question related with RTL and you only asked stupid questions instead of check the website or my screenshots. Your latest reply is telling me sorry for the delay and letting me know that you will pass the problem to someone else. 5 days has passed since then, and no reply. I added the tickets 3 weeks ago. Where can i find the ‘search results’ page? I need to be able to search for items (by name) within the portfolio..
I can see on your demo that the search option opens a really cool popup window but in my website that doesnt happen, and the results page is nice, not like the messy one I get.

I am using a “Team Member” element in WPbakery and none of the social & email buttons are clickable… (I filled these out correctly in “team member” posts)

I love all this theme and love the versatility of it. So many things just work the way they should right out of the box! No complicated anything to deal with! Hey there. I’m using one-page navigation, but I can’t find the option to enable smooth scrolling. When I click on a menu item, it just jumps to the section instead of the smooth scroll. Any help will do! Thanks.

The footer is showing the columns next to each other on mobile, this is not great. Is there a way to have these columns appear on top of each other instead when viewed on a small screen like a mobile?
The imported demo is Camille Music. I got this theme off Envato Elements so I am unable to create a ticket as it requires a purchase code.

Hello LA-Studio. I obtained this theme via Envato Elements and I have really liked the level of customization that it offers. I just have one question I would like help with.
I am using WP Bakery page builder. When I set the header to be transparent in Camille, only half of the header appears transparent on top of the first Wpbakery element. It’s as if only the bottom half of the header becomes transparent and the top half has a white background. How could I fix this?
