Can you please answer directly here to my issues on your template? Your Tech support is giving me generic answer instead of answering my questions and solving it.

I read a lot of negativ comment about no answer from support or no support at all. Before I regret, that I bought this theme and aks for refund, I’ll try to ask: I can’t install the King Composer Plugin and also no demo. During Installing the plugin I noticed “Something went wrong with the plugin API”. Can you please solve it? I saw that this plugin is no more available. I have no Page after installing the demo also. I must be ready in a few days with this Website ready and have no time for such errors. Please help me as fast as possible. I want to stay with you, but for no fast support or no support at all I will want a refund and buy another theme. Thank you!

I should have known this theme was going to be a nightmare...from the embarrassing number of issues & spelling errors in the demo...mixed with the Frankensteined visual composer stripping.Aesthetically speaking it is well executed. So that single star is going right to the design team.The theme is definitely not optimized for customization to say the least. If you plan to simply use it out of box exactly like the demo content, you might be fine as long as you don't plan on having a functional blog. But if you plan on changing literally any aspect of design, content or theme, you are in for hours and hours of frustration. Get ready to manually adjusting css for every single aspect of this poorly compiled nightmare! From the basic color options to the text styling everything is done through css unlike most modern themes, where you can make simply adjustments to main color settings, and many other basic features. Not here. Want modify breadcrumb or post meta options? Maybe you don't want to show author or date? All going to have to be changed manually through hunting and re-coding. Beyond that, the theme is riddled with awful planing and lazy coding. There are many items that just don't even work or are missing files.For example none of my featured blog posts actually linked to the post, I had to hunt down the php files and fix the code myself in order to even get that to work.In the category view editor they forgot to include the images needed to display the layout options... "/wp-content/themes/fortun/fortun/images/vafpress/" The theme feels like it was made in 2010 it's shocking that they released something like this in 2017 and at that asking price?...what a joke.Maybe next time they can beta test their rushed hack job of a theme, before releasing it? Maybe run your demo "content" through a proofreader? Or at least look at your spellcheck? I will never purchase another theme from them again.

Great theme with a lot of potential and the excellent customer support makes it my preferred choice.

This is the worst theme I have ever installed.. Not flexible at all.. Most of the widgets are not well constructed, issues with spacing between items .. doesn't come with KC Pro ... so annoying.

I contacted the ThemeKalia support team for the Fortune theme several times and were very helpful responding very quickly through the help section. I also had the opportunity to suggest changes - additions to the theme that will be released In the next update. Great theme and assistance :)

The theme looks awful on mobile, i submited some bug fixes to the author and he replayed that if it looks like the demo, it is not a bug. Check mobile version before purchasing.

The theme is well put together, but what has impressed me even more is the customer service. Very quick, very thorough. Couldn't ask for more!
