Hello,
I have found a problem with theme (unfortunately i dont use 2k or 4k)
Above 1080p the main slider is not working correct. This problem is also on demo page.
Would it be possible to correct this problem?

Good job, but I noticed one problem on the preview by adding the product in the pop-up window, the basket icon in the header disappears

i’m interested to this theme, but i would know if in the admin is possible to set the following:
1) boxed layout
2) in sticky Header, is possible to show also “Categories” (for exmaple to left of search box). So, if i’m on the bottom of the page, i can click to open the vertical menu whitout scroll on top

Pathetic customer support.
1) No proper documentation available for the errors appearing while theme installation.
2) No options available for mobile layout configuration.
I sent 5 mails and only got reply for my 1st mail that too very generic reply. No intent shown by developer/team to fix my issue.
Won’t recommend , if you are looking for proper support. Unfortunately I took 1 year of support. If they cant provide support during installation I think charging support amount for a year is cheating customers.
