Buen día, tengo problemas con el plugin wp bakery page builder ya que yo compre el tema pero el plugin no me funciona bien porque me pide que lo actualice, pero para activarlo debo activar la licencia, entonces mi pregunta es si al comprar el tema la activación de licencia de ese plugin viene incluida?

You have to have some experience with WordPress prior to purchase as this theme is not for beginners. The documentation provided is good for most things, but if you have issues, customer support is very helpful. Goes beyond to answer your questions and responds quickly even with the time change and working Mon. - Fri. Take screenshots using online app as it helps. Thank you, Trang for all your help. Once you get the hang of it, it is easy going.

I’m getting a 500 error that has been caused by the theme’s code. My theme is up to date, along with Wordpress and my plugins. The error is:

I am very disappointed from the support, they do not answer, when they answer give wrong answers, they do not help with anything . There is no online documentation about the theme.

I just installed the theme for the first time since bought it. The default version is 1.1.1 and i would like update it to the latest version, but i can't do that because the update option doesn't show up. please fix it! i need to start my business.

I think this theme has virus , whenever I use this theme google ads banned my website because of malware.

I ve buy and test the Theme, about:
+Its a fast loading, good looking Theme and easy to install.
+It have much Themeoptions and is easy to config.
i like the Theme but:
-Some Pages are not responsive/full responsive like the cart and the checkout.
-The Theme has some Bugs, like my Blog was not working, Products with Category filter was not workingThe Support ist not fast but very helpfull, they fixing the bugs via FTP. If u know a bit about CSS to make it full responsive and have time for Support, then i recommend to buy it. Its a great theme what need a small Update.

Low support and theme is not entirely compatible with woocommerce. Hard to customize. This theme isn't even on their website anymore.

date 15/08/2020, this theme have new update plugin but i can not update with my site. the notice from system “An error occurred while updating AmyTheme Framework: The specified package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure”
after that, i can not push new product in woo-commerce.
Help me check with this error. Thanks.
