Thanks Theme Mountain for the outstanding support I received when reporting an issue. It turned out the issue was related to Mailster, not the Sartre ThemeMountain email template that I purchased. Theme Mountain (Michael) contacted Mailster and Mailster came up with a fix within an hour. Now that's what I call support!The email template itself is great, very well coded, fantastic design, and so easy to work with. Just what I was looking for for my email campaigns!Thanks Theme Mountain!

Hey sorry, your support ticketing system didn’t recognize my purchase code so asking on here. Hello, First, love this template! Secondly, I’m playing around with the automated notification templates which will include all the following: Confirm Email Forgot Password Abandoned Cart Order Confirmation Order Rating etc So far, I’ve created just a confirm email template as a notification, however I can’t work out how to tell Mailster/WordPress that this is a the “Confirm Email Address” email. Instead it still sends ​the long default notification email that is provided with this template (everything in one – notification.html)​ Thanks for your help, James

Hello, Pre-Sale question: My friend bought it and said that you never fixed it, Subscribe button when an actually subscribes someone shows in emails with the following error code: Confirm” editable=”” label=”Button” style=”color: #ffffff; display: inline-block; font-size: 14px; font-weight: 700; padding: 12px 32px; text-decoration: none;”>Confirm It doesn’t display either text or button. Are you going to update plugin and fix this bug?
