Hello, yesterday I made the purchase of the theme. I already have it installed, but it does not let me activate the demos. And try to register on your page to open my application and your page will not let me register, when I click on record after writing my data nothing happens, and I will get the technical support I require if not even one can register on your page, but I have the service and I can not use the topic I want to request a refund, I need to start my project urgently and I can not be wasting my time waiting for an answer.

I’ve just purchased this theme and got a message saying “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” when trying to install it.
I tried to create an account for support but did not receive an email to confirm so this is the only way to contact you. What can be done about the error? [email protected]

Please follow this steps:
1. Go here https://upperinc.com/my-account/ and create a account on “Register” form. Then you will receive a email for that you confirm your email.
2. Now go to My Account and add the purchase license on “Manage ThemeForest Licenses” you can find the license here http://upperinc.com/previews-images/purchase-code.png
3. Now go here https://upperinc.com/support/ and post your question on the Vanguarda forum. Click on the forum, scroll down and create a new topic.
