Hello! When I try to install the demo version “beauty” nothing happens. I click on the “import” button and nothing happens. The settings that are written there, I disabled unnecessary plugins.

How can i update the jquery version? Actual version is 1.12.4 of the theme. It is out of date and there are several vulnerabilities.

Updated the Econo Theme about a week agao and now the Sticky logo no longer appears. It keeps the same logo that appears when the page is uploaded even for the sticky menu !!

Many features in the Custom Page Settings cannot be used after the theme is updated to 1.4.0.
E.g:For example: Footer – Fixed and so on?

I have a problem with your template. I have been unconfigured the part of the editor of the pages. I do not see the options to edit with the WPBakery Page Builder or the options that your template gives the pier of the editor of the page, appear out of square.
I can not edit anything

Hello, I have a problem with Portfolio post’s url. I would like to change ”/raysgridpost/” into ”/approfondimenti/”. I tried changing it in wp-admin > RAYS Grid > Settings. But with this new url, my portfolio posts have no styled layout. I made some errors, but where? I saved Permalinks in admin settings. Could you help me please?

Thanks for purchasing our theme,
we don’t include a jquery library in our theme, we use the default one from the wordpress installation,
So please check what overrides the wordpress jquery, or maybe your wordpress jquery is not up-to-date.

Pre-sale questions:
1) Is it possible to use the Home corporate 1 demo with anchors to build a one page website?
2) One page 2 demo: is it possible to display a logo, even when the menu is closed (logo visible as soon as you open the website and without having to open the menu)?
3) Google maps: is it possible to show two locations at the same time on the maps?

This theme should not represent the Ray's Grid as a feature. The gallery simply does not work. One example of a bug is if you choose to show only 10 portfolio items, and you have 40, the "Load More" button simply keeps repeating the first 10. There are several other major problems. The author's response is that this is "normal" and since the plugin is not a premium one, it's too much trouble to fix it.
