If anyone gets the “The link you followed has expired” error just remember to change the max upload limit and/or post upload limit to more than the zip file size. You can find it in the cPanel.

Beside this being a beautiful theme with so many different options, it's also really easy to use and it's really easy to put everything together as you like. On top of that the customer support is amazing. I needed some help with the demos and within a very short time (I have never had this quick help before) everything was setup and I could easily continue with my work. i highly recommend this theme.

3 pre-sales questions: 1) What about 20$ discount that i see in the image? 2) Is it possible with coming soon home, do a home without a menu, a background image and 3 buttons under to access to different subdomains? 3) Is it possible subdomains with only 1 license. I need subdomain1.mydomain.com, subdomain2.mydomain.com and subdomain3.mydomain.com with same design/structure but different menu, and content, but www.mydomain.com have that i said in question 2. The worst company we’ve ever met. They don’t reply to tickets. After many days, they replied that they had lost their ticket. They apologized, said they would fix it quickly and again silence. They lost their ticket again? I do not recommend.

I try and help her, but theres one problem i cant figure out. Whenever you click anything on the frontend a blank lightbox in black appears covering the whole screen. Inspect says its “swipebox”, but i cant find a way to deactivate it. Unfortunately since the original webdesigner passed away, we have no way of getting to the purchase code. We are currently seeing this error. When will the next update be coming out to resolve this or let us know what the fix is please. Your theme (Pheromone WP Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this: Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I love the theme but overrated my own skills in achieving what I wanted to achieve. I emailed Egor at DankovThemes and he's possibly the most helpful person I've come across. He answered my query the very same day and he even went to the trouble of sorting out a couple of things FOR ME! I really wasn't expecting that! Absolutely fantastic customer service, a great person. A++++

Had several issues that required support and initially, Dankov was very helpful, albeit it often took either multiple requests or a week to hear from him. However, I then had some bigger issues, including a critical one in which the main navigation menu no longer works! I didn’t receive any response in literally three months (it’s now beyond that), at which point my “support” expired and I could no longer receive help, even though I submitted the tickets (and about four follow-ups asking if there was an update) within my support period! When Dankov DOES reply, he’s extremely helpful. But I need/ed critical help and more than three months, and now stuck with no ability for a resolution, seems radically unacceptable and unfair. I honestly don’t even know how I try and fix the menu problem.
