The design is beautiful and well-adapted to mobile devices, but the speed of the theme is quite low, especially on mobile devices, google insights gets 2 to 8 points. The support is good and responsive, in terms of speed of work tried to help but most likely the problem in the code itself. For this reason, we consider the transition to another template.

Hi, is Insight Core plugin still updated and required for the theme to function? I see that Wordfence says it is “abandoned”. No updated for it seems to be done for some time already. Please let me know if it is in use still. Thanks! – Anne

This theme is the next generation Woocommerce themes. Design of this theme is phenomenal but why it is the next generation is because of the long list of extra features that this developer added to Woocommerce. The plethora of options to show products, the upsell and cross sell features this developer has built in are quite "needed" in this competitive ecommerce market.A well deserved 5 stars for feature availability

Great theme, beautiful, excellent support. Many updates have been released just since purchasing a couple months ago.

Love the look of the theme and the ease of usage but the frequent updates ( at least 5 in October) is making it a hassle.The old support took at least 24 hours to 48 hours to reply to a simple enquiry but the recently revamped one prove to be a vast improvement. There is a lot of a flexibility and the support are very nice to guide you along. Love the current theme although I do wish that the updates can be lesser.

Really great looking theme but just way too buggy unfortunately. Loading times are horrifically slow. Moved hosting provider which did improve the speed a little but the back end was still very, very slow. Support wasn't very helpful and sent back a generic response when I opened a ticket. Paid a Wordpress developer to help improve but ultimately couldn't get past the slow backend speed. All in all it cost way too much money to fix stuff that I would expect to be fine 'straight out of the box'. Visually stunning but not worth the trouble.

#UPDATED Although the theme had bugs, customer support was kind enough to fix them for me. Do keep in mind that the banners on homepage (banner components from builder) are not SEO optimized, there will have to be done some optimizations. Hopefully theme authors will fix this in future updates.

Can't really recommend this theme. I've bought a few themes but this one has had the most issues and been the most time consuming to deal with. Bugs were abundant and have slowly been able to work around most of them but I doubt this theme will be able to support the needs of any decent woocomerce website for more than a few months. Support is ok but pretty slow and doesn't seem overly supportive just copy pasted responses.

Hi, having issues with Load more button on the shop. Coder says the reason is this: “Configuration parameters are not handled correctly by wordpress They are encoded and theme can’t read it.” Have you noticed such issues earlier? Can you please test! - Anne

They promise customer support but that support clearly doesn't exist. I contacted support twice -- once here and via their ticket system to no reply. There is also a flaw with this template because I'm unable to change the logo on the main page. Which makes the theme useless. I'm sitting here waiting to launch my site but can't because the template isn't working properly and their support can't be bothered to respond.

Hi, seems that some WC strings are not showing and the theme is trying to look for them from the theme-language-file (where are not in). Can you please add these strings to the language file: Update cart Coupon: Coupon code Apply coupon Also Shop Manager is not showing properly, but shows this: “Менеджер магазина” I have updated the WooCommerce language file to the lastest and checked that these strings are there, but no help since site is trying to find them from Lezada language-file. - Anne

After disabling the plugin 'Insight Core', which is stated to be required for this theme, the theme instantly became less slow and now it is working for me, so my rating for this theme is improved to 4/5.

Lezada is a great theme overall! The biggest problem for me is that since day one I've had to figure out myself how to get certain features to show up, which 10% of the time those features don't seem to work and I'm left contacting support over and over again to get it fixed. Sometimes they flat out ignore my questions and I left trying to find a plug in to change things or they simply tell me to get a new plugin. For example, it comes with an Instagram feature that did not work 85% of the time, so they gave me another Instagram feature in an update which changed the whole look and would not auto-populate when I post on Instagram, which defeats the whole point, so I was left having to go get a paid plug in to get one that works properly. There are still many things shown on the demo of this theme that I would love to incorporate on my site, but no way to turn it on or off under customization and absolutely no documentation to show how to get it. I've literally been working with support for over a month now while trying to get this theme set and my website running. Each time I contact them I have to wait for over 24 hrs to get a response and sometimes they flat out ignore some of my questions and only answer the few they feel necessary. At least they have been responding, I'll give them that, otherwise I would have thrown out this theme by now bc it's so not user-friendly. If you don't know code and extensive knowledge on how to change things yourself, I would not recommend this theme. It's definitely not user-friendly, and not for beginners like myself. The documentation is horrible, and so not detailed it drives me up the wall. There need to be a lot more customizable options, and therefore I wish I went with another theme, but a lot of these things you have no idea till after you download it and start working with it. I'm giving this theme 3 stars because overall it looks good, but leaves much to desire as far as customization and documentation goes.
