Hi. I purchased a theme a year ago. Because of some unfortunate events, I wasn’t able to continue what I started in mid 2019. My support expired last December 2019. I just got back on track again. I just wanted to change the default admin email [email protected] to a personal email. Would I be able to get just this support?

Hi. I just purchased the theme and I’m having trouble with the slider demo. Since this is not included in the import content, how can I have a slider same as the demo, only different video?

Just a heads up to those who run into an issue with a demo footer…After updating the theme there is a “Sweetinz Demos” footer at the bottom of every page. If you have this issue, go to the footer.php file and delete the line of code for demos.

Hi, Purchased this theme and using Sweetinz requires WPbakery – this now needs updating. Cannot directly update WPbakery without paying a further US$40+. Can you please update so that Instagram feeds will work again?

Really good Theme, super easy to use with just a little knowledge of WP. The best thing about it is the super fast support. Two problems (by the way my mistakes) were solved within minutes :-) Would highly recommend it for everyone that looks for a pretty much ready to go beautiful wedding theme.

Quick question…my site is requesting an update to the Catanis Core plugin. I currently have version 1.2 installed and it is requesting I update to version 1.3. Every time I run the update it says “plugin updated successfully” but then it will request I run the updater again and states that I am still on version 1.2? Is there another way I should be updating this? I’ve run the update about 3 times but it keeps saying I’m on version 1.2. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

​Hello, After updating the theme I was alerted to also update slider revolution which I did. The update removed the text formatting from my slide. The slider was a YouTube video which created following the http://sweetinz.catanisthemes.com/multi-color-home3/​. It also is now showing the YouTube video information and its also not covering the area on desktop and there are black spaces on the side. Can you help me fix it so the slide is formatted similar to the example here: http://sweetinz.catanisthemes.com/multi-color-home3/​. Your online system wont let me submit a ticket and it s little frustrating that I would have to spend another $41 (which is almost the cost fo the theme) to ask a simple question on how to fix this.

Hi. Purchased the theme and no intuitive way import demos and once fully installed (after purchase) Coming soon doesn’t work. Running new install of latest V WP and PHP 7.0. Paid top price and not impressed.
