I too am finding a spinner that never ends. I also have an issue loading in the theme pages and drop down menu. I have tried sending an email to support but it says the SMPT sending failed. Can you help please.

like the above, i too have an indicator at the bottom that never goes away, it just spins, I would like to know how to remove that also?? I hope its not a issue. Thank You.

Pathetic. Wasn't going to write a review but contacted them number of times. Never received any response about the product. Contacted support several times. No response. There are some issues with the code which needs to be fixed but never got any answer from them whatsoever.
Very disappointed. Should have gone with a well rated product rather than giving these guys a chance.

I've used many themes over the years, while this one has a couple things here and there that need to be worked out, this is a great theme.I'm not sure about support yet, as I've tried to follow their link and it wanted me to sign up for a plan/sub, so maybe the link needs changed, or I missed something. I'll update my review after talking with support. So far, this has been a great theme and easy to edit to my liking. https://studiowv.com/

You have tried to use my password for BigCommerce to access my Google account. This is unacceptable behaviour. Please issue a refund for this theme.

I followed your support, but it wanted me to sign up for a plan? Maybe I missed something. Either way, on all my pages using this theme, there is a loading indicator at the bottom that never goes away, it just spins, I would like to know how to remove that, Thank You. https://studiowv.com/
