I sent you a recent email response, letting you know that the latest 1.4 version did not address the issue of having the description box default to CLIENT: EVA THEME and more. I believe I fixed this for now, but simply removing the DIV lines that reference that odd mandatory decription for single portfolio project pages. SO, that is fixed for now, but I shouldnt have to be digging in to the PHP and undoing such an odd mistake. Lastly, HOW DOES one fixe the “SKIP” up that occurs on the home page slideshow? I have a slideshow of which I have my logo and menu overlaying on, and upon loading the site, it reveals such an ugly white full width white block, until the slideshow moves up. Please… HOW DO I FIX THIS and the ABILITY to make custom background headers for each page?? Why does it have to the same image for every HEADER BACKGROUND? This theme, is missing some very simple practical features. I love how it looks, but functionality, and the ability to do simple changes like custom headers for each indivisual page, and more, its perplexing to me…...

With only 3 images on the page. Changing pages is extremely slowly. You can also see this on the demo to the template.

Hello, The demo importer isn’t working properly. We downloaded the theme via our “Elements” account, therefore we dont have a purchase code for support. We just need to understand whether we should import the XML file or if the importer is/is not reliable. Thanks

Greetings… I have not heard from you since May 28th regarding my issues. My site is now live and I need these important glitches to be addressed. There still is no way to change the HEADER BACKGROUND for each page… I do not want the same header image for every page, especially in the portfolio singe detail page. Also there is still a glitch where when I want the logo to hover over my slideshow content, it shows a white bar first, and then SHIFTS abruptly to the top during loading. Please get back to me, its going to be 3 monts since I have heard from you, and I have been very patient; but the time has come to address these concerns so my published site can look professional, thank you.

Hi, considering buying it but am concerned about the theme update as well as whether it is suitable for the latest wp ver or not.

I emailed you @ crazy shrimp —I am having some issues with this THEME. 1.) The header slideshow, I moved the design option margins so the logo could overlap it the way you have it in the DEMO – however upon loads, sometimes it loads with a white bar appearing and then eventually the slideshow SKIPS UP, its very jolting and not professional looking. How can we fix this? 2.) The PORTFOLIO SINGLE PAGE, how do I add a graphic to the header background? As a matter of fact, can I add a different header background for each page? 3.) In Portfolio Single Page, there is an option to use a DESCRIPTION BOX, within ADMIN you can add additional fields -- however by default there is a CLIENT FIELD that shows EVA THEME, how do I remove that? Because when I create my own CLIENT FIELD, it ends up giving me to CLIENT FIELDS. 4.) Within that DESCRIPTION BOX there is a DATE FIELD… WHY? How do I remove that… Overall its seems I don’t have much control over that DESCRIPTION BOX —please help me, I am so close to being finished, I would appreciate you help with these bugs -- thank you for your time I look forward to your assistance.

Greetings, I have been admiring this theme for some time. Now that I am taking a much deeper interest in this theme, I have some questions, prior to purchase… 1.) Are you still supporting this theme? Have there been no changelogs or updates since August 29th of 2019? My concern is that I purchase a theme that is not updated to all the new standards and web norms, especially with constant browser and search engine updates – I want to make sure this theme still stands in comparison with all the new ones. 2.) How does the SHOWREEL work? The demo doesnt have a working version, once you click on PLAY it does nothing. What is the end result? Does it open up a lightbox popup, does it open within the section, do you use youtube or video embeds, can it use native .mov or .mp4 files? This is basically it, I just want to make sure this is a smart investment and not something that will die on me and not be supported within the next 1-3 years. I have had themes here that have had a long support with plenty of updates, and other themes that simply did not last and ive had to request my money back - thus I am very careful and smart about each purchase. I look forward to your reply, thank you.
