Hi there… we have installed your theme and developed a site on it, but it behaves differently on MAC and PC – on MAC it is fine – on PC there are glitches – the main navigation bar follows you down the page as you scroll on PC, and covers over the text etc on the rest of the page: you can see it from a PC ONLY at: www.corkautoservices.com Can you advise of a fix please? The issues shows on Chrome and on PC only all fine on Chrome on a Mac.

Looks like the last time you updated this theme was 11/6/2020, when are you going to update the theme AND provide the latest WP Bakery plugin update? It’s only at 6.4.1 and the latest WP Bakery is at 6.7.

I’m having the same problem as the commenter “dajsiezobaczyc” It will stall at 90%. In attempting to resolve the issue, Changed wp-config.php to increase memory to 256mb. It’s still not importing everything completely. I looked at the network requests it’s making – it’s basically performing 10 different imports: motorepair_content_01.xml motorepair_content_02.xml ... motorepair_content_09.xml motorepair_content_10.xml Basically imports up to and including motorepair_content_09.xml are succeeding but motorepair_content_10.xml is failing – this is the error message: Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 93536256) (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /homepages/3/d807332680/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/mkd-core/import/parsers.php on line 198 So it’s saying it ran out of memory at about 90 MB, which is far below the limit we have set of 256 MB. I called tech support of my webhost to verify server settings and all are working properly and well capable of supporting this theme. If you are unable to assist, I would like a refund. Thank you.

Hi, For 3 days I am waiting for a response to my problem in your help forum! When i want to import demo i see error. In translate: “Sorry, you do not have permissions to this site.” Once I managed to get there and and I started to download the demo. It came to 90% and it stopped. I reinstaled wordpress. When I used the guide and wanted to go back there shows me something like that again. If you do not answer today, please return the purchase completely. You make my work difficult. hi we need to update the theme and when going to the changelog it only goes up to 2019 although codecanyon shows that the latest update was in 2020. What is the changelog and should we worry about anything in order to update? our version is mikado 1.4
