Following up on my previous comment which was posted almost 2 weeks ago. I have updated the theme but by updating it created more problems. It is been almost 4 weeks now. This theme is unworkable without their support theme. Without the support, you can not work with this theme. It has a lot of bugs. After 4 weeks of trying to setup this theme, i decided to remove the theme and purchased another one and start all over again. Within 4 days, i have completed more work than with this theme for over 4 weeks and guess what? I haven’t created a single ticket because new theme works how it is suppose to work. Finally, when I asked for a refund it is declined by theme author. Their reason is, you have raised 16 tickets and they are all resolved. Why would I create 16 tickets to setup a wordpress theme? Stay away from this theme. DON’T buy it. You will waste your money and time.

Hello, I sent you a ticket for support 2 days ago. Here is the ticket #: Private Ticket #1870657. I have not heard back. I thought you guys said you respond to tickets. Anyway, here i am now typing the problem for second time and wasting more of my time. The issue is a dumb one and I see other people had it also. The way you set up your color edit options is terrible. I need to change that green background in my drop down menu from green to black. Someone needs to get back to me. Color option for main navigation, green background to black background.

I am very happy with this theme, and even happier with the quick and helpful support that I have received. I would recommend this theme, especially if customer support continues at this standard.

Hi, So far, i had a lot of issues with this theme. Support team is doing great job but theme has problems. We fix one problem but then it creates other problems. I have been setting up websites for sometime now and unfortunately, this is not my favourite theme. Please fix the bugs and release an update. thank you.
