Hi there, I just purchase your theme and looks fantastic. I have one quick question, when I click any link from my account as configured at header section 2, I get a popup with 0 data… Do you have any idea how I can fix this?

Theme support was prompt and extremely helpful! They were pleasant to work with, answered all of my questions, provided code when needed, etc. Very pleased! I'm giving four stars just because the theme's header and footer areas were not very intuitive to work with, but did work once I spent some time figuring them out.

Hi, the compatibility with woocommerce 3.5.x is still on progress. Yes most of the images are copyrighted. They will be replaced with dummy images when imported. You can add a sidebar to homepage.

Hey, bought and using the theme – freaking amazing work. I’m just trying to change the WooCommerce menu and I can’t seem to. I’ve gone in and created a new Menu with Custom Links and then assigned its Display Location to Woocommerce Account. But still no change! Please help?!

Hi, I’ve tried registering for your main website but it won’t send e-mail. Anyways, I see other people have asked about support for WPbakery and I also can’t get my slider to work says I need the license??? According to documentation it’s included, I also went through and deleted WPbakery and the slider and reinstalled as is stated in the PDF but still nothing shows up and saying “error” slider with alias fun-slider not found.” can you please inform me of what I am doing wrong, or if you will be updating this theme.

Hello. I purchased the theme to help out a non profit, and we’re having issues with the portfolio gallery on mobile. The headers and text don’t look right, and when we try to make it only one column instead of three, it isn’t recognized. I put in a ticket with support, and also sent a message via facebook. The non-profit is upset because half of their traffic is mobile, and it looks unprofessional. Please have someone respond to my support ticket as soon as you can.

Almost 6 months ago, I bought this theme with a year’s worth of support. I am happy with the theme, but not with the support. I have several problems with the theme not working like it should, in my opinion because there is incorrect code in the theme itself. They told me they were ‘making improvements’, but are now just ignoring me. When I made a new topic and asked about it, they simply deleted that topic. An email I sent to the contact adress is still not answered. Dear support. I know I have been asking lots of questions, but I have to. Because the theme code is just not working correct. And also, the theme documentation is very incomplete. I would like to ask why you are ignoring me and deleting my post? I have paid for your help when I bought the theme and in the beginning you did help me several times with the problems I had. But since 4 weeks you are not responding anymore and deleting my post. Why? I would love to hear from you.

Thanks for this theme.It has been great to work with. The features are awesome and even without to much work on optimization yet, it loads quickly. I am also very satisfied with supports quick response times to my questions.

False advertising. The theme you get and the demo theme differ greatly. Been back and forth with support now for several days and I still don't have the right content for all the pages.

Hello, it appears that the Dhaz Shortcodes plugin in the recent theme update to Pabu version 3.3.1 is incompatible with WPBakery Page Builder version 6.8.0. The version of WPBakery included in the theme update package would not update. When manually uploaded, it caused a fatal error. I am going to have to revert to a previous version of the theme or plugin. Please ensure the two are compatible upon further theme updates.
