This theme comes with WP Bakery Page Builder but is not valid after the required update. Now, after only having my website live for a week, I am left with a website that we can't edit because the text was turned into code on the backend rather than having access to the page builder. The license is not good and they are requiring that we pay for the builder now that the builder has been updated. If the theme is claiming it comes with it, it should be included.

Hello,
I am unable to open a support request as my support is expired. I just need the license to be activated and do not need any other support. My old domain was expired, so I cannot do anything from that and want to use the theme on my new domain. Can you please deactivate the other domain and activate my new one. Let me know where can I send my purchase for verification as the form on your support site is not allowing me to do so.
