Hello I purchased your Social Play theme…..
Wordpress install: Latest 4.9.2
Installed January 22 at 11:50am
No previous Wordpress installed prior
No previous install of any plugins of any kind made prior
—> Clean fresh server installation
1. I purchased the theme with the packages (not boot leg)
2. Installed the Social_Play plugin

Package stated Rev Slider i included however its not found in the download, template says it was update latest in June 2017 although coded in 2014 – so we assumed no problems would accur

I purchased this theme just about two years ago. I PAID for support and CUSTOM work to be completed thatNEVER was.This theme is outdated and can not be updated.The customer support takes over three weeks to respond and now I can't even log into their support center to follow up with tickets or make new ones.They should be banned from selling on here and this is terrible customer service.

Very poorly written source, no backend Admin option to upload videos. The source code is so poor it slows down the server. It had not been updated for almost 2 years, authors claim it work so why update.
Heavy use of custom fields, which prevent to migrate to another theme in future without re-entering all posts and data from the scatch. NEVER waste time with this theme.

We cannot install the theme.
When we install the theme it is not complete.
The demo does not work properly.
Do you have a complete file with the XML theme ??

I have tried to install this theme in multiple versions of Wordpress, including 4.9.6 and 4.9.9 and I don’t see any theme options, just a warning. And when I install the Rev Slider required plugin it completely breaks the installation and nothing else works.
What is the fix for this?

Hello, I have had an on going ticket issue for a few months now and I have not had it resolved or had a response to my inquires.
I have tried several methods of contact including your support system.

I don't reccomend this theme...terrible support and no instructions on how to do anything so you're left alone to figure everything out. I bought this theme because it said "Social" so i expected social media being a main part of the integration and it is not.
