header8 is missing on the elements.envanto.com was it not updated there pls ? There is no option to choose header8 , only upto header7 http://themes.magesolution.com/amely/m2/ this one is missing.

I’m using this magento theme, one with “Lookbook” homepage and suddenly there is an issue with the “header of the theme” that I can see in the theme preview also (Lookbook Homepage). Please kindly fix it so that my website can again look normal as it was before.

From last 25 Days my issue not resolved. I am loosing my business every day customers not able to place orders. In my previous comment you said our developer will reply to you on ticket and also resolve the issue. But 3 weeks gone still no one replied on my Ticket? What is the benefit of subscribe extra for 1 year support if you guys does even bother to reply on tickets. Please Initiate refund if you don’t want to provide support. I will buy theme from another seller who at-least listen to complaints.

Despite multiple tickets and reminders the theme did not work at all due to issues related to it’s code. The theme obviously has not been updated and does not even work with the previous versions of Magento. This theme is not at all what has been described in it’s item description.
I demand full refund for the theme as it was never used since it cannot be edited. The widgets and extensions do not work at all. It has caused our business a setback on time as well as mental harassment after multiple hours the development team had to put it.
This theme is beyond rectification and should be removed from the market immediately so the other buyers do not end up wasting their time.
Kindly issue an immediate refund.
