[07-May-2020 21:24:57 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Error: Table ‘alyapetc_balikd.oc_megamenu’ doesn’t existError No: 1146TRUNCATE TABLE `oc_megamenu` in /home/alyapetc/public_html/system/library/db/mysqli.php:40 How do I figure this out? Support responds too late. That’s why I wrote it here.

I am not sure how everybody is giving four or five star to TemplateTrip! I have completely different experience with them. At first the theme looked good and functional.But when you buy it and try to work with it you immediately start to feel like that there is something wrong and you are scammed with something not complete and not working as advertised! I can give you a lot of examples that are issues with the theme. In example: - A lot of the menus and texts, do not change/translate when you change to another language. - When you scroll the page the head which is coded by them to stick to the top of the browser is so badly written that it makes the browsers to shake and makes user experience awful as you need to struggle to scroll back up again. - The theme code is full of mistakes and commented code . - The "Documentation" is nothing more than a Html page with poor and outdated explanation how to copy and paste code so their modules can be created and work! - The theme lacks even a simple configuration page for colours, fonts or anything. I am sorry but this is not normal! And this is priced in the range of themes that have back-end menus with customisation! This is not fare to the developers of the other Themes! I thought their support will respond and fix this issues, but on the other side of their support is somebody with a copy paste list of things to answer to you! They did not answer to none of my questions. I understand that this is a free market and anybody can sell anything, but I am strictly against selling lies to the people! I would recommend to think twice before buying content from TemplateTrip. ENVATO please take a look at this! I have been 6 years here, I have bought few things. I like it here. But I don't like cheap scams!
