Hello. A new client of mine has Jacks theme implemented. the theme works perfectly except on the menu page where the expanding nav doesnt work – only that page :

When I come to import the demo data, it doesn’t have an import button. I need to manually do it within WordPress importer. When I do this, the mages don’t come across. Also, It keeps asking me to activate wp Bakery but there is no licence key. Is this provided?

Hi, I am sorry to disturbing you, but I have a trouble with favicon. In my installed version is not any option to upload favicon via General Settings as it is in documentation. Also logo I had to upload via Header, not General Settings as it is in documentation. Can you help me please?

I recently purchased the Jack template and I”m having problems with the demo import. My theme did not come with the demo import module. (it did not appear in the “Appearance” menu after theme activation. I tried to import manually by using the “One Click Demo” import plugin an the xml file, but I got an error message.
Please advise.

Hi!
I have a problem when I try to import demo content to Jack Theme.
The Import Demo Data option doesn’t appear in the Appearance menu, and I did it importing the demo-data.xml by the WordPress default importer. But unfortunately, it doesn’t work.

Hi there,
I’ve got an issue about Header.
I’ve put my logo image, that is the same of the second logo image.
When I scroll down there is two logo one beside other.
I can’t understand how to fix it.
If I remove the second one if I scroll I can see the Jack Theme Logo.
Is there a reason?

They continually send me an email from WP bakery that the plugin is not updated and I have to pay to get the license. Please update the theme.
