The template is nice and good looking. I more or less can do what I want to do.But my main problem is with the woocommerce templates : they are way outdate. And when we tell the customer support about it, they just reply it's nothing... It might be nothing if it was outdated from a few weeks... but those templates are few years outdated.

Easy to work with, easy to customize, with nice ready made code snippets and page parts. Would use it again.

Demo does not want to import…. Using the latest versions of PHP and Wordpress on my hosted Godaddy Linux plan with Cpanel. Tried all of the options as suggested by you on these comment pages. when I look at the documentation, it mentions bridge plugin and Qode import, but the version of the Theme I have just has a version to import directly under the Theme option. Im getting timeout issues when i try to import and so far I only get to 10% before the import fails. Looks like a great theme, my wife wanted me to customize on of the home pages, but appears that I will not be able to do this. Also when I try to use the XML import, Wordpress importer returns an error message on the XML import….

The design is obviously good, but more importantly, we were able to customise it to work for our client. I only had one instance requiring customer support which was resolved quickly. Great theme to use.

Very troublesome to do the demo import. This template is non user friendly to non IT-saavy people like myself. I had wasted money and time to buy this. If you are not a IT saavy person, I would recommend you not to buy this.

Too many bugs now in the mobile version after the latest WooCommerce and WordPress updates. The template is breaking like anything on mobile now. Please issue the users an update. No updates have been pushed for over 6 months. Not even WpBakery has been pushed, we are still on 6.0.5.

The theme is obviously gorgeous and user-friendly, but the customer support is phenomenal! Makes a huge difference when you're trying to meeting client deadlines. Would highly recommend this theme, and the creators.
