I've just read a rating about the same issue that I have. This theme is not fully multilingual, and you have to spend more than 70€ more to get this capability and all the time that I would have to spend in changing Polylang for WPML. But this is not the worst. The thing is that I payed a extension of support to solve this problem and the support was just a awful at the beginning they didn't accept the issue and when they did it they didn't answer my related questions, they are very impolite.I request the return for the last support payed. That's all the i can say..

The description sells this theme as a multilingual booking theme and that you should use Polylang to make it so. The whole booking module is however NOT translatable with Polylang. You need to buy WPML (€95,-) and then it still is NOT fully translatable. Even in their own demo the booking system doen't work well in the second language.Support tickets are not being answered correctly, so I am not happy at all, because I bought the theme because it states to be multilingual and it is NOT.

I had a problem with my problems so I gave it 1 star. But I think I was in a hurry. They answered all my questions and they helped me a lot.

Very difficult theme to customize. You are supposed to customize the whole theme with Elementor plugin, but it is very buggy and not flexible at all. I regret spending the money.

I am overall very happy with this theme, I would very much liked it to be more customisable. The support from the developers was very good, however, the bundled booking plugin has issues that need correcting. No sufficient explanation was given regarding the issues from the booking plugin, and since It is bundled I have to rate it as a whole. Overall though it as a very good theme!

Such a well designed and thought out theme, I have had a lot of hotel themes and this one is head and shoulders above the rest.I am leaving 1 star off as not all pages are editable with Elementor (which was my motivation to buy) you'll find the actual important pages - the accommodation pages - are not editable.If they update this it would be 5 stars without a doubt.

Should improve for setting theme back up file like in flatsome, avada... All setting will be lost if we change to other domain or still keep editing at localhost computer.

A clean theme, easy to install and use. Support was also great except it takes 24hours to attend to every single need or a followup mail.

Very very good support. I had some problems with some configurations and I opened different tickets and I have always received a quick and good reply. I had a big problem with the booking process and one day after the technical support fix it. a big surprise for me.

Hoteller theme is well done and is modern.Customer support, after I opened a support ticket, helped me to import one Ready Sites! However I believe that the automated import of Ready Sites does not work very well. I tested it on 2 different hosting provider. I think you should correct the error or enable the download of the installation files in your package.

(we have 1 STRIPE account per accommodation) - How can we send automatic emails the day before the checkin of travelers ? - How can we enter a different price depending on the number of travelers ? - Is it possible to add a calendar to allow travelers to reserve a time slot for a massage, for example?

I have experienced lot of loss of translation with the new 6.2 Hoteller version, using WPML plugin. It seems compatibility with WPML is no more assured. This is confirmed by WPML support. Still you continue to claim that it is ….. Is there a fix coming ?

hello i need your help I purchase one of your theme with the booking plugin on it , my problem is that the checkout page is not working ,i press the book now button and nothing happen ,it suppose normally to redirect me at the booking process with PayPal as i have it as a default and enable payment ,all my accommodation are setup right and i have ssl activated as well can you please help me out to understand what the problem is . i have an active ticket as well from your support .

It is great option for managing in easy way Hotels, Resorts etc... I recommend it, but it needs some minor improvements when accessing the site from mobile phones. Great work !

Dear, I have issue with Accommodation Types, Style 2 layout. Depending on arrangement, it creates empty accommodation fields and thus creating additional rows. Any idea what might be the problem? I noticed this after updating theme from v5.3 to v6.x. Thanks!

Hi!, I have a presales question. I will need to set a fixed quantity (or percent) as deposit, then the customer will have to pay (externally) and I will confirm manually in the backend. Apart from that I will have to confirm manually the complete payment on arrival. Is it possible with the initial theme bundle? or I will need any other add-on? Thanks a lot!!

​Dear support, I would like to address a frustrating issue for a second time ( #1 Ticket: https://themegoods.ticksy.com/ticket/2832185/). Your nicely designed Elementor widgets are not registered for translation to WPML and when you try to translate a page they do not show up at the advanced translation editor. I have found a workaround for the “Animated Title” widget but my limited PHP knowledge won’t help me register all the widgets by myself. The solution was to register the widget using an XML file. 1) Go to ”/wp-content/plugins/hoteller-elementor” 2)Create the wpml-config.xml 3) Add this code to register the widget text to WPML title_content WPML support told me to look at these articles: 1) https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/ 2) https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/how-to-add-wpml-support-to-custom-elementor-widgets/​ Please update your theme to support WPML translation 100%. Very complete booking system, the most comprehensive for that price so far! Beware that you'll need to spend some time understanding how options work for the engine, specially if you have to translate. Theme is clean and flawless. elementor's got some hick ups here and there, not a big fan but oh well.
