Way too many issues. Virtually 0 testing done before release of updates which them disrupts business and ends up leaving us with up to weeks without a live website. The multiple updates released to fix one problem then ends up breaking another with support leaving you in limbo.Lately, support takes about 7 days to respond. This is a major problem to serious businesses. We are not hobbyist, we take these sort of things really serious as we cannot afford to come across like clowns to our customers.If i could reverse my decision, I will find an alternative.

Hi Before buying your theme I want to know if Is it possible to do this scenario: 1- the job seeker can creat his profile: Cameraman, producer, writer, makeup artist….... and each profile must open an account and fill in their CV and their informations (adresse, sociales networks, phone number, skills).... 2- The employer looking for these profiles can access the website by registering on the form dedicated to employers. Customer support on this theme is some of the best that I have had from Themeforest. Very responsive and very well articulated. Not only that, but the theme works wonderfully. Out of the box everything works. No bugs or issues at all on all platforms (desktop, mobile etc...). Very happy with this them and the wilcity folks.

There are some bugs, as in other themes, which is quite normal. The documentation about the individual functions and the business logic behind them should be much more detailed in such a powerful package. I hope this will be extended in the next months. But what I have never experienced with themes or other software packages is the incredibly fast, competent and helpful support from WilCity. This is a whole new level! Top class! Just purchased Extended support to support the developer. This theme is truly well coded and thought out. There are many directory themes that claim full functionality (Listify, Listing Pro, Listable, Superlist, ect), but nothing compares to this. I have bought them all and none are as modular, flexible, and integrated as this one. I also love that there is a visible roadmap. Looking forward to the future of this theme!

This theme was recommended to me after I was experiencing issues with another directory theme. This theme was new and still in beta and it still is really at this time of my review. Honestly there are still many things that the Wiloke team are improving but they listen and are very helpful to offer other solutions if they can.I have tried many directory themes but so far this is the theme that I like the best and what i like about it is that it is a very customizable theme. They give you a lot of control over the content that is displayed either by the Pricing plan or the Layout of the Listing Cards or Listing Detail Pages and also the search form selections.I ran into an issue where I really wanted to display more information for Restaurants than I do for say an Electrician so I am able to create a new directory type (custom post type) and add those things that i want to on the Restaurant listings that I don't need or want on a basic services listing. Things like price range and average price. I can also customize the hero search and archive search according to the directory type.My other option before was to either add a WP multisite install or a new install on a subdomain or.... all other options were really not what I wanted and were not going to be user friendly.They also have a FB Users Group and this is huge for me. I don't know why more theme developers don't do this but for me this is crucial because members help members and support is also frequently present. When you get support you are getting support from the developer team and NOT some hired support employee so you are getting quality answers for your support questions.This theme does not require WooCommerce and WP Job Manager but you WC is incorporated into the theme as well as Dokan for products. Plus you can choose between 3 page builders depending on what you prefer. Also this theme has the native apps for android and ios.Awesome Theme! I recommend it highly! Just get it!

Hi, I know my support has expired but I have a problem. I’m using Wilcity as an events listing site, my issue is this…. When I view the site without logging in, the events are filtered by event date (as they should) However, when I’m logged in as admin, they’re listed by date posted. Is this a bug or something? I’ve cleared my cache, deleted cache plugins, and it’s still the same. Can I get some help with this??

Be aware that, when using non-recurrent payment, extending a listing is not working !! The user can only extend the listing if the listing is expired. Not before expiration day...For a directory theme this is a must have i think that you can extend listing before expiration. (Developper from theme thinks otherwise)Also there is a difficult learning curve. So don't expect your website to be ready in a few days.I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 2 star.First reply from support VinhTran : 1. Sorry about that ,we don't have this function, but I see you have your point about this, so we will consider to add this function in the future.Next day reply from other support guy Nguyen .. We don't have a plan for it in the future, because Recurring payment meets your idea already and it's better Non-Recurring payment.So... there not sure what to do i guess ;-) And you see in the comment they only believe in recurrent payment ;-)Also if you don't pay for support the automatic update process isn't working. You have to manually update plugins etc.Also : It took me 8 weeks to explain what my "problem" was ;-)Maybe i will switch to recurrent payments but remember...if you use Woocommerce as payment gateway you also need Woocommerce Subscription (an extra 199$) !! If you are in Europe thats almost a must because otherwise just paypal and stripe (and direct bank transfer) is supported.But for now a big, BIG Question if i will continue with this theme.I have already contacted 3 other developpers at codecanyon and they al have the option to extend listing from non-recurrent payment before expiration date. I moved from another directory theme to Wilcity. And this is my second purchase (license) ! I really love the theme. Customer support is very fast and always solve the problem. I am so happy that I purchased Wilcity theme & service.

Basically it's a good theme, but i ve to gave up my project on tourism locations cause theme is not compatible with any multilanguage plug in such as wpml. So basically i wasted money and time. Support say it will be available in 2-3 month. Good target, but problably it must have been one of their first target. Hope a good job to developer theme. But i can't wait 3 month.

Check your mobile apps demo… Android doesn’t load especially some categories, it’s been long you updated. Maybe your changes on web are not reflecting… Then iOS is past testing date so can not install on test flight.

Documentation is missing tons of things...... I didn't want to use the newer version because it is full of bugs and issues but whenever I have issue in the previous version they say update to newer version........ I submitted 9 tickets in the newer version and they suggest me to do things and set things that I already did and THEY DON'T INVESTIGATE NOR FIX THE PROBLEMS....... VERY POOOOOOORRRRRR SUPPORT.... POOR SUPPORT .... POOR SUPPORT AND FULL OF BUGS.. I still have 10 month support but the wasted 2 months didn't fix any problem or issue

Because of own very well integrated features, there is no demand for third-party plugins to make listings possible. That helps me a lot to get rid of plugins.The support is great and very responsive. I have bought many themes, and this by far kicks a$$ globally, the customization and possibilities are endless. You just need to get used to the theme and you can turn this even into a job portal or whatever you want. I like that you can create multiple directories.Only downside is that there is no sub-categories which is highly needed.

Well, this is a complete theme, with lots of feature.. but be prepared to spend A LOT OF TIME to understand all the options and the functionalities.Documentatiion is poor quality : there is a lot of documentation, but the explanations are really BAD. Most of the links (see documentation' in the settings are pointing to a 404 pageLots of the settings are not explained or are not precise. So you have to test, check, try and retry...Things are not obvious (and i am a developper and programmer !) I loose a lot of time with this theme. That's why i put a 3 stars. Sorry guys, but i have never have to open so many support tickets for a single theme.

We have tried many listing themes and always end up being short on the features we need. After careful analysis we went with Wilcity because of their flexible backoffice and mainly because they have thought about many of the backend features others are simply lacking. After working with it for a year I can confidently say their regular updates and support have not disappointed.
