I was updating the theme with the client’s content, then the header image suddenly appears in a box format instead of the default wide.

I was gonna review this 5 at start, as the design is some of the best ive seen. But somehow this is one of the slowest templates ive tried (plus 500) and support is not replying to my ticket. So, its not so good when you urgently need help for the customers.

Hello,
I’m getting extremely poor results on GTmetrix, PageSpeed, and Lighthouse. For example, Lighthouse is giving me 28 out of 100. That’s VERY bad for SEO.
It’s very, very slow and I can’t start over with another template because I need to launch this site. You can see yourself in your own demo: https://ibb.co/D4nS3nd
How can I get rid of all the scripts and elements that are blocking this site and make my site a LOT faster?

one of the worst themes I have ever worked with
the design looks good on the preview but once it was installed it is a mess
the installation has many bugs and many error lines.
I waited for 3 days until someone actually responded to my customer support

Bought the theme, couldn't upload a demo, started looking for a solution, found it on their website, had to change my hosting php.ini file and have a "special" combination of plugins installed to be able to get demo uploaded. Then found out that rev slider samples didn't load. Started working on a slider, slider CSS had bugs, deleted everything and switched to another theme. Hopefully, I'll get refunded! Very poor quality product. Not going to use their theme anywhere, I already wasted like 6 hours to figure out all the bugs I faced on the way.

I want to use this https://foton.qodeinteractive.com/elementor/app-landing-home/ as a section on homepage. I copy and paste it on home page and add some other section below. When i try to scroll down to the other sections i can’t if the mouse is over app-landing-home section.
How can i fix these?
I need to do this asap because client is waiting!

Hello,
I created ticket 156775 and it was confirmed by one of you that the reported issue is a bug. This template is totally useless if I can’t change the images on the homepage. He told me that it was added to the “bug list” and will be fixed in a future update. This doesn’t work for me. I need to launch this site and with this bug I can’t do it.
I need to know when the next update will be available. The project is now on hold just because of this.
Please, I need urgent help!

Hi team, it is been 3 days since we raised the ticket. We are having installing the theme as it gets stuck at 80%. Since it is beyond 24 hours im posting here with the hope il get visibility. Will change rating as the issue gets resolved.

The builder has had some hiccups for me and the team, but it's been a world of difference knowing that their support team with respond within 24 hours to the best of their ability.

I must admit, installing the theme came with some problems I had to fix myself. Also the WPBakery composer wasn't updated, but support helped me updating it. When the theme is installed and you see the demo content its truly amazing. Quality design with a bunch of features. In my case im building a SaaS landingspage and this theme helps me do it quite easily.

I am working on a new site for my client, the old one is currently running on the the public_html, development will have to be one new.domain.com until work is finish, then moved to the main domain.com. I hope I will not have issues with reusing the license?
