This is crappy theme and from the serous of the same themes this company keep designing claiming its news designs when in fact they just replacing skins and not functionality. These type of themes designed from blocks and do not have natural flow of work and nice customer and user experience. They unitize Pods and Ultimate member plugins that do not work nicely together, some functions from other and other from other, making this whole thing cumbersome and nightmare experience to set it up and manage it. Customer support not as good either, I assume company located in India and time difference, language barrier making whole experience even worst. I would suggest find different and more properly integrated solutions if you are looking for modeling and talent management website.
