i installed as u say with your customer team which is terrible
then they said install the demo content obviously i did that already and site still missing pieces i bought this on july5 and havent advanced at all
do u give refunds? i would like my money back! for this service other themes get into your site and solve the issue in seconds yours repeat as a computer same commands while result is always the same!

Hello, I wanted to ask if it’s anyhow possible to get faster an answer from the support. The mobile view of my website isn‘t showing correctly, the Console shows an JS error and it’s difficult to fix it when you get only one answer per day. My ticket number is 33058. Thank you.

Hi, I purchased Surfy theme nearly 3 years ago. After I upgraded WP to latest version today, I was asked to put in purchase code. I did, but it returned ” this purchase code already activated”. any idea? surfy 1.0.3.6

please refund my money!
this mike is telling me that i have not done nothing while yesterday i updated my php w godaddy but he says nothing been done. thats the customer service you want? calling customers liars! this is the worst customer service and worst theme ever! i do this in secs always! its been 2 weeeks and you cant figure it out!!!

please help me install this theme i have over a week trying and all you say is read the instructions i know i install it wrong and i dont see what you show me so please help me request 37001 mike answered just w a link on how to upload via ftp cant get it done that way neither please help feel i bougt your theme and no one helps
