It's been a long road getting to where we are but overall we're over the moon with our website. The features that the guys at Wiloke have embedded into ListGo are amazing and there's no other themes around like it. For a theme in it's early development it's come up with teething issues but the developers have worked hard in trying to resolve all the issues we're having.Keep up the good work and keep making this theme great!

Really like this template. However, after a while, it gets a bit complicated to finetune things such as backgroundcolors, the blogpart is standard. Having that all said, the listing directory part is really really smooth and works easy.

Ok, i'ma web designer and have to say this theme shouldn't be available for sale. It has a mind of its own and is so un user friendly. Try getting small businesses to add a listing and you'll never get anybody sign up. It's fine for a free directory but setting up payments is dire. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. It's like the theme is possessed!

I think is a great theme and complex script for a directory. I had some problems but I got support pretty fast. Keep up the good work and for next updates, please take in to consideration limiting the number of photos in galleries. Thx

After having used a WPGeodirectory site for two years, I have to say that Listgo is an improvement, especially in the looks department. The theme presents itself very well to users, which is important!The theme does have growing pains. It appears to be in its early stages of development, so while the bulk of it is functional and works well, there are other important items the theme needs (ie, more payment gateways than just the two offered) that haven’t yet been added as features but are clearly on the list for future releases.I’m quite happy with the support forum Listgo offers. and their willingness to accommodate some individual custom requests. They’ve helped me tweak many small things that make a big difference, going above and beyond basic support.That said, using the customer support forum does require some patience. There's a little bit of a language barrier issue, so sometimes questions aren’t well understood by the support team or responses aren’t relevant to the questions asked. That’s a little frustrating, but by communicating as clearly as possible, I’ve gotten the help I need and have been thankful for the tweaks the support team provided.Theme documentation isn’t great. Don’t expect complete, clear instructions on how to set up, use, and gently customize the theme. There are a few how-tos and instructions, but they’re very skimpy and often poorly written, so sometimes difficult to understand. (See that language barrier thing.) Overall, though, I like where things are going for Listgo, and I’m happy with the theme. It looks great, the support team has been helpful, and while it’s taken some patience to get my site where I want it to be, I’ve been happy to make that compromise. I look forward to future updates and releases – Listgo will only get better and better!

In the beginning there was fast and quality support.Now when you need support, you have to wait days for really lazy and short answers.The theme don't keep what promise. The Visual composer stopped working on WP version 4.9 and till now they won't release the updated version on theme pack as promissed on the page.I can't even update the website pages since this release. They just asked me to keep on track and still nothing, My work is all late now.It's a simple matter and a promisse they made on they help pages, but they don't take the time to launch it to clients. Really disinterested od their part.

Too many bugs, especially in the map feature. something breaks down after every WordPress update. Now it simply doesn't load at all. Ajax filters doesn't work properly. Updates for the theme always comes late. Support is horrible, take too long time to reply a ticket.

Support is basically non existent.There seems to be only one individual browsing through queries on the forum that clearly isn't bothered to read and address them competently.I have supplied the developers with evidence that their menu isn't displaying properly on tablets from 768px to 1199px (my site & their demo) from multiple devices and browsers and that their mega menu lists do not align.All they do is supply me with 4 lines of CSS that didn't work for the tablet issue and ignored the alignment query addressed in 2 of my support messages.I then informed them that the CSS did not work and they attached a screenshot of it apparently working on a demo site. Oddly enough; I can immediately tell that the screenshot was not of the site loaded in the resolution range I notified them about.The issues are still persistent on the current live demo. They have not tried to rectify the issue on my site nor have they updated their demo.Over the last few days; I have sent them detailed information on 4 issues on 2 separate threads that are definitely bugs in their theme and they haven't been phased with comprehending the issues and sending me feedback longer than 2 sentences.I am highly disappointed in the support I have received as a paying client of Wiloke's themes.Please note that I have also made screenshots of all the threads so that the author cannot claim that I never contacted support.I have also made video recordings of the issues from at least 2 devices in case they claim the issues were made up.

great design , i can list a restaurant and add menus into the listing, i can filter businesses with open now filter , and many many more.

I chose a template's option in homepage config and it broken my page. I opened a ticket to get help and the support said that for some specify layouts, I couldn't use a simple option that would make my menu's background transparent.I think if I am paying for a product, it must be working fine without this kind of bug. This is a simple bug and should not have this kind of issue.

Horrible customer support. First i dislike the ideal of using facebook Messenger. Now i have to login to that rag to see if i get a reply that don't come for days at a time. Then I get one its was rude and unprofessional because the fix did not work. I would say away from this theme till they get a Decent forum or email system to handle support.

The Best Listing wordpress theme available in the internet. I have tried many plugins but this is the best. The design quality and and features available is amazing. and they provide constent updates with bug fixing and new features. Hope they will develop this further and come with new features. Please try to do a mobile app for this to sync with the web data. I really like the template, and would like to use it, but the documentation is very incomplete and I am having issues using Loco plugin to translate (supposed to be supported) but it doesn't work.

The way that this theme works is absolutely brilliant. You can tell that the creators/programmers have put a lot of thought in to its features. Probably one of the most flawless themes I have encountered on themeforrest so thank you for your efforts.I particularly like the fact that all features are included in the theme files unlike other directory themes on here. That was the primary reason I bought this theme aside from it looking aesthetically pleasing.I know there will most probably be a few bugs down the line but in all fairness, it looks like the authors are updating the theme quite regularly which is great.Best of luck with sales

Have to say I am very disappointed with the theme. Very buggy. Installed easily enough but issues getting any pages to load correctly. One plugin refuses to install (fatal error) on activation. This plugin is apparently not mandatory so it should not have any bearing on the website loading. Activation with their Wiloke service requires generating a token which when entered on the theme only leads to a forbidden error showing on it. Really a pity as the theme looked like it had some potential. I should of read more of them comments and less of the reviews as it clearly shows a lot of people having bugs in this theme. Will be looking for a refund.

Seriously amazing theme - I can't believe all the options available. This is truly a steal for the price - I love that they are updating it with new features along the way and it seems like the features are things people actually want. Documentation has been good also - I've had to dig for some things but I've been able to find answers really quickly. Would be good to have a step by step guide as to setting everything up. The only thing I have had any issue with is just making sure I am taking advantage of all the theme has to offer. Love the design too.

Everything is great in ListGo! It is really easy to set up compared with other similar themes. Combining what comes with the theme and all the help from the support forum you will have pretty much everything to get the website up and running. The support looks good and they reply within a few hours. Totally recomended!

Hi, Is it possible to create a custom field in this theme having 2-10 options and include them in the filters in desktop and mobile pages? Example: Gender: Male/ Female Age: number Education: School, College, Graduate, Postgraduate, PhD So is it possible to filter results based on Gender, Age (actual or age groups) and education? Or even sort the listings from lowest age to highest? Also, can I bulk import/ update all these fields from a CSV file?

However, I've been impressed by the support that wiloke have given to help me - an amateur - bring the promises that ListGo offers to a live site. It's an impressive theme - and more than that - has an impressive development and update schedule, with great support.

Warning: this is probably the beste listing themes available at all, BUT as almost everything on themeforest, it is not without crucial flaws. The most critical is that the theme forces you to use google maps and you can't even disable it. This has not only additional cost (especially nonsense in cases where maps are not needed) but it is also a point where the theme can become unusable, because creating listings may not work at all or not as they should. I believe the author has realised the up-sell potential for support licenses (77 USD!) and just does not include and OFF switch for maps (as the author announced over 1 year ago he/she would). Overall statement: buy is very risky

It's way too complicated.I'm locked out of the only place support forums are on http://support.wiloke.com and can't re-register because your license code can only be used once. I'm tempted to buy another license just to get to the support board, it's very frustrating.I've emailed several times asking for assistance to no avail.

Custommer support, Design, Simplicity , Simply Amazing Theme. I had a lot of questions for custommer support, and im amazed. I recomend this theme to every one who needs it for their own business and everzthing else! It would be Amazing if we could use videos instead of images for the cities . I have a drone and would make great videos for them and would really look cool.

This theme looks so promising, but the the demo import simply doesn't work! The import images link to invalid URLs, making most image imports fail. I've tried to make it work by poring over the code for days, but still can't figure out how to fix this.

Hello, there is a problem with working hours. I set real hours, and the ad says that it is closed, the hours diverge. How can I set them to display correctly. The wordpress setting is the correct time zone.

It's a great theme, very detailed, which makes it also a bit hard to understand. Theme documentation is minimal, however, in the support forum a lot of questions are being answered. And besided that, e-mail support is awesome. Generally within 12 hours a reply to your questions.

The theme is not an easy one but meets the expectations of those who are willing to have a serious online business. The documentation doesn't cover most of the obvious questions. What does make a difference is their Customer Support. They have been doing a good job answering my questions and solving the issues I had so far.

This is, without doubt, an extraordinary plugin. The developers are obviously ambitious and the scope of the plugin is amazing for a new competitor in the directory listing space.Many of the features are very forward-thinking and there is a fit-to-market much higher than other, somewhat out-dated plugins.However, caveat emptor. Unless you have some coding skills yourself you will struggle to make a viable product from this plugin.The developer support is quite extraordinary - when it happens - but unfortunately, the support is ad-hoc at best and completely unpredictable.There has been a community of customers trying to help on the support forum - which is a 90's style bulletin board - and while there has been a remarkable amount of activity from the developer trying to support customer queries they are obviously overwhelmed. However, when the developer does respond the issues get solved almost immediately.If there was a more organised support system, with a clear roadmap of bugs reported and a focus on resolving them I would give this a 5-star rating.It is only my willingness to support and encourage this developer to continue past the early stage of releasing new and fancy features towards fixing what already exists that I give this 3 stars.Both myself and several other customers have spoken together about trying to get a more organised approach to resolving bugs and support queries, but so far the developer is continuing to take an ad-hoc approach.This plugin is very much a work in progress but with huge potential and worth supporting if you are willing to spend the effort.

This theme is beautiful in the front end, very flexible and customizable. However, have some important bugs and your support is ver poor. From my point of view, the customer support is more important than the bugs by self, because if the item have a bug or something, with a great customer support this could be fixed. but you have slow and larger response times, the support forum its complicated, and even if I click in the support button/link from themeforest, the support url is for Wilcity theme, not for ListGo...please i need your response for my refund, or definitively you have to fix my problems. The last time, the support guy sent me a video, showing me and telling me that the site worked well and I did not have any errors, but it was not even my own site. It was a video of his demo site. this was very disappointing.thanks

The support for this theme is really wonderful. I had some difficulty installing it and instantly got assistance and the team as able to quickly help me with set up. I also shared an observation and they rapidly took note and will include it in the updates. I really like that. I know it will take a few tweaks for this theme to get to its full potential but I am confident that it will be stable and one of the best Directory themes quickly. This theme has a great team supporting it.

Overall reason for rating = exceptional quality and attention to detail.I've been using ThemeForest for 6 years and have purchased over 100 items - Many of which have been directory themes.9 times out of 10 theme directories end up being a big waste of money (and time setting them up) because there are always major issues which appear after use.I really have to commend the author team with this directory theme. What an amazing theme, I searched for days trying to find a one for all and of course paid the price for incorrect theme details that others have used to describe there themes this List&Go theme fit my project really well, it might be that little more pricey but trust me the options are staggering and make this truly a great purchase so far, a huge well done to the developer/developers The Events inclusion is a must for me an boy what a great job, I cannot wait for more future additions hopefully including a Recurring Custom Dates as well as Weekly/Monthly/Yearly on Add Events. The theme is clunky and requires too many additional plugins. Difficult to understand where things are in the theme and documentation is often missing information, inaccurate or misleading. Slightly regret buying this theme.

This`theme is great. It provides everything that I need and I don't have many complaints about it. I would give 5 stars but I had a problem which I took to support and never actually got help with. My support expired and I am expected to renew my support to fix a problem which I tried to get fixed while I had support. Support has been generally good but that left a bad taste in my mouth.

This theme possibly has potential as it has great features, however currently lacks a lot of flexibility in terms of page layout, and doesn't work well at all with WP Bakery Visual Composer page builder. A lot of the great elements can only be used in the sidebar, which would have looked great in the main page area.

I had to change to a different directory system and in the process of revamping my current website completely. There were to many glitches too often. The created is great with communication most of the time but I spent more time troubleshooting issues then I did making money and working on the site to making it better. Overall a great theme with great potential but for now it falls short of working adequately. I'd love to give it 5 stars but simply can not. I have spent way to much time trying to get this directory system to work to what I needed to...also I was always leary of any updates as it would often break my site...Do keep in mind I do have a lot more plugins than most sites but with this site having so many functions to it there seemed to always be something in conflict. Great design, great customer service for the most part.

They respond in a timely fashion and go above and beyong the call of duty. They even made a cstom walk through video for me to show how to do an update i was unsure of. I cannot recomend this theme enough when it comes to a buysiness listing project, it is extremely powerful and can be modified to provide anything you can throw at it. The speed of the teams innovation in also adding new features is fantastic too so keep up the good work folks. 5 stars also needs to be added for customer service, the support has been fantastic and answers are given promptly to questions.
